*Elsa Moon*
I woke up at exactly 8:01am. I'm still feeling tired for some reason, but I decided to ignore it and get up anyways. I got up, did my bed, got in the shower and decided to wear a simple blue dress that was to the ground and was strapless, it was only one color; icy blue.
I wanted things to change around here because I always had the same routine every morning, but I knew that I couldn't change it. I checked the clock; it was 8:27am, almost time for breakfast. I went downstairs to find dad in the table looking at today's menu. It was optional.
I sat down and looked at the menu myself. Ooh today I'll have muffins and milk. Not much food but it will fill me up enough. Anna isn't here yet? It's 8:33. Where could she be?
"Dad? Where's Anna?" I asked curiously.
"I don't know let's wait for her. What time is it?" He asked getting a little mad. We may not act like royalty when we aren't around people, but we still have to be on time all the time. I glanced at the clock.
"8:35." I said simply. Dad was getting angry. Oh Anna...you know the consequences. So why are you late?
If dad gets mad at us the consequences are that we aren't allowed outside, we are to stay in our rooms, and the worst part of it all is that...he takes away our magic for 3 days. It might not seem like much, but when somebody takes our magic away; we become very weak.
"Dad? Will you ground Anna when she comes for being late?" I asked slowly and nervous for a 'yes'.
"Unless she has a good reason of being late." He said angrily. I simply nodded.
We waited for what seemed like forever until Anna came running down. Dad stood up sternly. Oh no.
"ANNA SUNSHINE MOON WINTERS!!! WHY ARE YOU LATE??!!" Dad roared.
"I'm truly sorry da-" Anna was cut off by dad. I hope this doesn't end badly.
"I do not wanna hear your excuses young lady!" Dad roared again. That's when I lost it. I got up sternly and turned serious.
" Father you should let Anna speak. She might have a good reason for being late." I said calmy yet serious. Dad looked at me.
"Fine, what do you have to say for yourself?" Dad turned to Anna. Anna gulped softly.
"I was late because... I had already eaten breakfast...with Aquata. I woke up super early and was hungry so I decided to have breakfast early with Stella. After breakfast we worked together on my dress." Anna said confidently yet nervous. Dad took a deep breath.
"Alright, I'm sorry. You are free to go." Dad said more calmly sitting back down.
Anna left upstairs. I turned to look at dad.
"See father, I told you she might have a good reason." I said then taking a sip of milk.
Dad and I ate in silence then he said he was off to North's workshop to see how the holidays and their events are going.
As soon as dad left I left my breakfast and sprinted towards Anna's room. I opened the door and she wasn't there. Then I checked the designer room, I walked in to see Anna working on a new dress. Tooth's dress.
"Hey. Did you really have breakfast or was that an excuse?" I asked sitting in the couch.
"Hi, and yes half of it was an excuse. I didn't have breakfast but I did do my dress." Anna said turning to me.
