ATTENTION! MUST READ! FRANK NAME HAS BEEN CHANGED TO DAMON!!

I really hated the name Frank and when I made him I didn't think he was going to be a main character. So now I changed it to Damon.

I woke up to my alarm ringing loudly. I groaned as I slapped it off and pulled the covers over my head. I had to be at work in two hours but I was really debating calling in sick. I actually felt sick. I just couldn't shake this feeling inside me.

I reluctantly got up and walked to the shower. After I got out I dried my hair and curled it loosely. I applied makeup even though I hate wearing it. It's another one of Damon's requirements. I quickly brushed my teeth and put in my earrings. Once I was done I walked to the closet and pulled out my uniform. Today is Thursday which means a slutty black skirt and a white vest that stops just above my belly button. This whole thing was getting annoying. Why men want to see women flaunt around in this outfit is beyond me.

By the time I was done I had only an hour until I had to be at work so I decided I would just go early and grab a bite to eat. I grabbed my stilettos and put them on as I walked out of the door. It was a beautiful day outside and I wished I could just skip work and go have some fun. But sadly fun won't pay the bills. Humans have to work so hard! God's never have to work! There is no such thing as money or a job! It was so much nicer.

I arrived at the diner and walked to the back. I found Megan sitting on the counter flirting away with our cook, Diego. When she saw me she jumped off and ran over to me.

"Hey River! Where have you been hiding?"

"I wasn't feeling very good so I stayed home on my days off."

"You missed our coffee date!"

"I'm sorry I was sleeping most of the time. I should have called." She smiled and pulled me into a hug.

"It's okay! I'm just glad you're feeling better." She turned back around to Diego and continued flirting with him. That's another trait of humans I never understand. Why flirt? Wouldn't it be easier to just confess your affection for them instead of all that extra work? I sighed and grabbed a piece of celery that way on the counter and began munching on it as I watched the two love birds go at it.

Not soon after Damon came storming and with a look of anger on his face. As he walked by he yelled for Megan to follow him. When his office door shut I moved closer to it and tired to listen.

"How could this happen?"

"I don't know! It was bad luck. But we will get him next time."

"We were so close. You know how hard it will be to get him in that position again?" It was quiet for a while before Megan finally spoke up.

"So are we leaving?"

"No. He denied my generous offer so we are here to stay."

"Well that gives you more time with her! Maybe now you will finally get the balls to mark the whore." I heard what sounded to be a body slamming against a wall.

"Shut your mouth. She will be your future Luna. I am waiting for the right time. You can't rush these things! Now get back to work." I quickly moved away and ran back to the kitchen. A few seconds later Megan walked out.

"Damon wants to see you." She said as she walked out into the bar. I hesitantly walked into his office to find him sitting by his desk.

"Come in River." I turned to shut the door behind be, looking out one last time wishing I could be anywhere but here. When I turned back around he was standing in front of me just staring. This went on for a while before I broke the silence.

"What do you need?" He stalked towards me and I backed up until my back hit the cold wall. He placed his arms on my hips and leaned his head down, rubbing his lips against my neck.

"You." I can't say I didn't see this coming cause then I would be telling a big fat lie. Now the problem I was faced with was how to get away from him without exposing myself.

"Damon, stop." He began kissing my neck, leaving a nasty feeling behind.

"Damon!" I pushed against his chest to try and push him off me but he just pulled me closer.

"You smell fantastic." At this point I was very freaked out. This is furthest he's ever taken this.

"Damon I have to get back to work." He whipped his head up and I gasped. His eyes were completely black. I tried to wrestle away from him but instead he just flung me over his shoulder and walked across his office. I screamed as loud as I could. I was expecting to see Megan or Diego come bursting through the door, but they never did.

As he held onto me with one hand he used the other to swipe everything off his desk and onto the floor. Once it was all clear he threw me down on it roughly and climbed on top of me, pinning me down with his knee. I have seen this same scene so many times in movies to know exactly what was about to happen. I couldn't help the tears that fell from my eyes as he ripped my vest open, popping the buttons off it the process. He just looked hungrily at me before kissing my neck. I tried punching him but that only aggravated him more. He grabbed my wrists and pinned them above my head.

"Stop fighting me, River. You were mine from the moment you walked into this town." With that he roughly pressed his lips against mine, stealing away my first kiss. It was always made out to be for someone special. Your cherished gift that you gave to someone you loved and trusted. But instead it was stolen away from me by this awful monster. I guess it was what I deserved. I was a monster myself so why should I expect anything better.

He let go of my wrists and began a line of kisses down my chest and stomach and stopped when he got to my skirt, pulling it off me. I couldn't take it anymore. I had to do something, no matter if I exposed what I really was. But I decided to do the thing that wouldn't be as obvious. I grabbed the air and used it to push my fist right at his face He went flying against the wall and I didn't waste any time. I took off running. I knew I couldn't go home so I ran to the next best thing.

Once I got to the grocery store I burst through the door and looked around frantically for Avery. He wasn't at any of the registers so I ran through the aisles, finally finding him stocking shelves. When he saw me he stood up with a look of concern in his eyes. I ran straight into his arms and let everything out. We stood there like that while I explained everything that happened. Once I finished he held me tighter.

"I knew there was something about that man that I didn't like. Here let me get you a shirt." I looked down to find that all I had on was my bra and underwear and I immediately felt embarrassed. I walked back with him the employee locker room where he handed me a white t-shirt.

"It's the biggest one I could find." I put it on and felt satisfied when it successfully covered everything, coming down to my mid-thigh. He then took my hand and led me outside and towards his car.

"Where are we going?"

"My place. I would feel much better if I knew you were okay." He opened the door for me and I slid in. I watched as he walked around and got in as well. Before he started the car he pulled out his phone and began texting someone.

"Who are you texting?" I asked, suddenly feeling very nervous.

"My boss. I'm letting him know I'm taking my lunch break early." I nodded as he put his phone away and started the car. It was a short drive and before I knew it we were at his place. He got out and walked around to my door, opening it for me. I thanked him and he smiled as he led me up to his apartment. He unlocked the door and opened it. I took a step in and my blood went cold at what I saw.

"Thank you for returning her, Avery. It's nice to know there are some people that I can count on." I stared at Damon in disbelief then turned around to look at Avery. That happy smile that was on his face a few seconds ago was replaced with a smug one.

"My pleasure boss."
