4 - Accident

Heyyy everybody ! I'm sorry I didn't post this part sooner but I had exams . Now that I finished them all , I have more time for this story . So here is part 4 , I hope you enjoy and if you have an idea or you want your name to be used let me know . And before I forget thank you for all the sweet comments , they mean the world to me .

...when we were sitting in the park , talking about our futures . He said he wanted somebody who would listen to him no matter what and then he turned to me and said just like you . I knew that it didn't mean anything but it made me blush anyway ' Maya opened the paper she was fiddling with . It was a note and gave it to me , so Cory and I could read it . ' I found this ,when we were cleaning his room for college . ' It was a note written by Lucas.

Dear Maya ,

You will probably never read this . I wanted to write this anyway . Maya you are someone , who is so incredibly modest . You are someone who puts her needs aside for someone else . You are the only one that can stop me from doing things I would regret later . I don't know what I would do without you , you make me a better person . I wish you were the person I would see every morning sleeping next to me when I wake up  . I wish you were mine , but I lost my chance . You are with him and I'm not him . Maya never forget how much I love you .

I was shocked , this was definitely Lucas' handwriting . Maya looked at the paper , she was hurt more than anything in the world . Cory and I couldn't do anything to make that feeling go away . We just sat there and talked to her about everything the whole night .

(end flashback)

"Because , she loves you "I told him " She loves you more than anyone in this whole wide world . "  She loves him , it wasn't a lie . Lucas and Maya were meant to be , at least that's what Cory and I thought .

I've never seen so much hurt in anybody' s eyes , Lucas looked like he lost something that was so important to him .

 ' Topanga , I don't know . I wouldn't be so sure about that . 'He said holding something I couldn't see . I explained to him that he meant so much to Maya .

 I decided to tell him about the note Maya found . He was trying to force his tears not to come falling down his face .                                                                                                                                       After Lucas finished his cup of coffee , Olivia woke up . They left 30 minutes later .  I really hope these two people make it work , because they love each other so much it's impossible to describe their feelings .

At the store

Lucas arrived at the store to get the food he needed for the party tonight .                                                       He took out Olivia's car seat and went inside where he saw Maya sitting on the bench waiting for him to come .

 " What are you doing here ? "Lucas asked softly .                                                                                                             ' Hey I told you to help you with the party so here I am ' Maya said smiling but when she noticed that he wasn't responding she knew something was on his mind .                                                                                     ' Anyways , where were you last night ?' Lucas looked at Maya who was smiling at Olivia and then she turned to him .                                                                                                                                                                                  " I was tired and Josh was there to keep you company so I just left the two of you alone . "
