Carter's POV

Talia, Logan, Colin, and I were going to the mall today. It was supposed to be a double date kind of thing.

Logan drove us there. Colin and I sat in the back while Talia sat in the passenger seat beside Logan. The two of them seemed to have a secret language of their own.

Talia would look at him and smile and then he would raise an eyebrow and smile back. It was refreshing to see the two of them so happy together.

Colin was holding my hand and rubbing his thumb on the top. I squeezed his hand and smiled.

Colin pointed to his chest, formed his hands into a heart, and then pointed at me. I giggled and he smirked.

I leaned into Colin and kissed him. We were kissing for a while before Logan blew the horn to interrupt us.

I pulled away and laughed.

"Come on, losers." Logan opened his door and stepped out.

I had missed our arrival.

Talia got out the car and went to hold Logan's hand.

Colin opened my door for me and held my hand as I got out the car. The four of us walked inside the mall to begin our day.

We stopped in a couple of stores and bought some things.

"I want to go in there." Talia pointed at Victoria's Secret.

"I'm totally okay with that." Logan smirked.

Colin high fived him and the two of them laughed.

I followed Talia inside and the two boys trailed behind us.

Talia and I were looking at their newest underwear collection when I saw Colin fling a thong at Logan. It hit Logan in the face and dropped to the floor. Logan picked up a random piece of underwear and launched it Colin. Colin dodged it, but ended up knocking over the mannequin in the process.

A sales associate stormed over to them.

"I would really appreciate it if you two would leave." She seemed angry.

"Panties in a twist?" Colin smirked and draped a thong on her head.

Talia, Logan, and I burst into laughter.

"Leave now!" she yelled. Her face had lost its original color and turned red.

The four of us walked out laughing hysterically.

Angel's POV

Ruby was being amazing and took me shopping. Mike tagged along again.

Once again, Ruby sent Mike and I off to do our own thing while she did hers. I loved how chill she was.

"Can we eat first?" Mike asked.

"Fine. I guess I could eat." I smiled.

Mike held my hand as we walked to the food court.

I had only come here with Carter before. I frowned at the thought of her. She was involved in too many of my memories.

"What's wrong?" Mike asked.

"Nothing. I was just thinking about my mom." I lied.

Mike put his arm around my waist as we walked. He kissed the top of my head.

We finally made it to the food court. I wanted to run away when we got there.

Colin, Logan, Talia, and Carter were sitting at a table and laughing at something. They all looked happy. A part of me wished I had friends like that.
