Carter's POV
Colin and I were sitting in our favorite pizza parlor and eating away at a pepperoni pizza. This place was family owned and had the best pizza in the world.
Colin bit down into his pizza and his jaw flexed. It was freaking gorgeous. I started to laugh at myself for thinking that.
"What?" Colin smiled but looked confused.
"I just thought of something stupid." I laughed.
"What was it?"
"When you bit down into your pizza, your jaw flexed and it was sexy as hell."
"So you admit to checking me out?"
"Yup." I smirked
"I think you're -"Colin was cut off by his phone. He reached into his pocket and answered the call. I didn't make out who it was.
"Hello?" Colin answered. There was a long pause and I heard the other person ranting.
"Okay, whatever. I don't really care." Colin looked annoyed.
Another pause.
"Bye."
"Who was that?" I asked.
"Kylie," he sighed, "She just broke up with me."
I tried not to smile, "Oh, I'm sorry."
"No you're not." Colin smiled and I laughed.
"What happened?"
"She claims I treat her like trash, but I told her that I loved you and I didn't love her so I wasn't going to treat her the same, " He took a bite of pizza, " But no! I am supposed to love her and only her blah, blah, blah."
The waitress came to our table, "Are you all ready to go?"
"Yes, ma'am." Colin nodded at her.
The waitress reached into her apron pocket and set down the bill on the table. I got ten dollars out my purse to pay for it, but Colin told me he would handle it. I exchanged my ten for a five to tip the lady.
After the whole money situation was done, Colin and I went to his house. My mom was home and I didn't want her to know that I was back with Colin, yet.
Wait, was I even back with Colin? He hadn't asked me out again.
"Colin, what are we?" I asked him.
He glanced at me, "Soulmates."
"I mean are we a couple again?"
"Of course."
I rested my head back on the seat and smiled.
I would never mess this up again.

Angel's POV
If Carter and Kylie hated each other, then there wasn't much for me to do. I could sit back and let those two fight like cats and dogs. I had to thank Carter for making my job easier.
Carter's only friend was Logan. I didn't know what he was doing with her, but that was none of my business.
I was sitting on my couch eating a bowl of pasta. I was home alone, but it was nothing new. My mom was always out late, but it was a Saturday night.
I heard a knock on the door. It was Chase.
"What do you want? Your work is done and it's nine o'clock." I was being snobby, but oh well.
