Yours Truly can be read as a stand alone novel. It bears no ties to Sincerely Yours, its successor. It is not a sequel of Sincerely Yours, just a companion novel set in the same place with different main characters. It does have a few cross-overs to Sincerely Yours . There is no possibly there will be spoilers since this takes place before and during Sincerely Yours.
