Wednesday January 28th
Andrew tapped his pencil against the desk, checking his phone for what must have been the 15th time in the last 20 minutes.
Did she think it was weird that he included his phone number? They were bound to exchange those, right? Did his Mason get the drink or was it some other one? Andrew couldn't help but picture big and burly Mason Bryant from the football team picking up Andrew's drink.
These thoughts kept coming as Andrew tried to focus on his human development lecture.
Honestly, Andrew felt pretty proud of himself. He had never actually just gone on a whim and given out his number to a girl. He was also kind of regretting it.
So Andrew took a deep breath and shoved his phone deep into his pocket. He was determined to focus most, if not all, of his attention on Dr. Wentd and the psychology behind human development.
His fingers nervously tapped the keys on his laptop. 3:30pm. That meant he still had an hour and a half before his longest (and last) class of the day was out. Then he'd be at work where he'd be too busy to focus on his phone. It wasn't a big deal, he could do this.
After a few minutes he was able to get into the groove, adding a note about how fragile the psyche of toddlers was based off of the Baby Albert experiment Andrew was completely lost in the lecture. That was until he realized that his IPhone was linked to his mac and any Imessages would get sent there as well.
He wouldn't have realized this if a message box from an unknown number wouldn't have popped up on the top right of the screen alerting him to a new message.
His heart jumped to his throat as he clicked the app to open it.
Red. I'm a big fan of red.
And doodles just became my favorite.
