Riley's POV

today couldn't have started any worse. I couldn't believe it, why didn't either of them reply? Were they hiding something or what? I was always there for them, and they werent there for me. I was glad that Farkle was there for me. I don't know, he's just always there.

I just don't know why they didn't just tell me where they were or at least check on me like i always do with them.

Farkle's POV

Riley had a real rough weekend, she didn't come in yesterday and everyone was worried, but when she came in everyone knew it was bad any one and everyone could see that, except for Lucas and Maya. They couldn't see that, and that confused and frustrated me, honestly. I was glad to see that I was there for Riley, she doesn't deserve this, she deserves to be happy. I wanted to cheer her up.

"Hey Riles?" I said, carefully and quietly , lifting my head up, making her head lift up slightly.

I looked in her gorgeous brown eyes. They were full with hurt. "why don't we go out for the day and have fun? We can skip school and do anything you want ok?" I smiled at her

She looked at me, clearing her throat, "Farkle, " she hugged my arm, "thank you so much, I'd love that." But can we just look at the

"Riley? RILEY?! There you are!!" Maya cried out, steadying her breath, "I need to talk to you."

"Why?" She snapped back, resting her head back on my shoulder looking back at the city, "you had all week" she said the last part under her breath.

"Riley. Please." She begged, sitting at her knees

"5 minutes. Farkle, could you give us a couple minutes?" She looked at me

"Are you sure?" I asked. She squeezed my arm lightly.

Rileys POV

She took me in my car. "Riley please hear me out."

"Why should I Maya? You weren't there for me the week I needed you but you most! Your so selfish! I'm L quad there for you and are you ever? In fact, you've hardly ever been there for me!" I stopped as soon as I realised I just said.

"WHAT?!" She screamed

"Maya I'm so sorry I didn't mean t-"

"Do you have any idea how hard MY week was?!"

"YOU DON'T SOUND LIKE THAT AT ALL!! OR LOOK LIKE IT FOR THAT MATTER! Maya look at you and then look at ME?!" I shouted as she scanned me and then herself and frowned

"Riles.. What are we doing? Why are we fighting?"

"I may look happy but I'm NOT AT ALL." She laughed

I chuckled, "yeah well I'm too down to even try today.."

"Riles.." She turned to look straight at me out her hand on my knee, "what's going on?"

"Well, I- I've just had literally the worst weekend."

"Tell me about it."

"Really? I doubt yours would be a dream compared to mine."

"Want a bet?" She smirked

"YEAH, I DO!"

"Woah calm down babe." She laughed
