Baby Sitting

When I wake up, Mackenzie is laying next to me. I don't even know how she got there but, whatever. I get up and take a shower, brush my teeth, do my hair, and get dressed.

I wake up Mackenzie to get her ready, then I remember it's Saturday so I just leave her in her pajamas and take her down stairs to eat. After Mackenzie, it's the twins, Oliver, and Jordan. I leave Karmani asleep since she's been working so hard and feed them all.

"Where's mommy and daddy?" Alyson drinks from her bottle of water and eats her French Toast.

"That's a good question. I'll go see. Please be careful down here and stay in your chairs." Oliver, being mostly quiet, nods his head since he still can't talk.

At preschool, all he does is sit in his chair, color, and play. In Karmani's bathroom, I hear her singing in the shower. So cute.

"Why the crap are you 2 still in there?" I just took care of all your kids and you're still not awake." I hang on the door, not caring what they're doing.

"Taylor, seriously? We were trying to sleep. It's Saturday for God's sake." Ariana groans.

"Don't do this Ariana. You seriously shouldn't. Don't get yourself into something you can't get out of." I smile, waiting for her to argue.

"Shut up and get the heck away. I'm trying to sleep."

"Ariana, that's your last chance, get your butt out here to take care of your kids."

"Babe, I think she's serious." Sean tries to stop her.

Too bad she never listens.

"Please. When is she ever serious?"

I kick the door in and cross my arms. Though it didn't fall and it's still connected to its hinges, it probably won't close.

"The door wasn't locked!" Ariana gets up and goes into the bathroom.

"I told you, babe." Sean chuckles and gives me a high five.

"Good job."

"Seriously, Sean? That was not a good job." Ariana comes out with her purple toothbrush in her mouth.

"Would you help me with your kids?"

"Oh, yeah. Sorry Taylor." Sean, being the only good one out of the 2, goes to get dressed while I go back downstairs.

Karmani is eating breakfast at the island, while the kids argue about whose better on Spongebob: Spongebob or Patrick. I mean it's obviously Spongebob, the show is named after him.

Sean comes downstairs and cleans up the twins and Oliver. After he helps Mackenzie out, he takes them all into the living room and Ariana comes downstairs with Jordan.

"What?" She makes Jordan a bottle and feeds it to her.

"Nothing. Just laughing in my head because I burned you." I smile and she rolls her eyes.

"I'm gonna 'burn' you. You're babysitting at 3. All of the kids, and 3 more because Karmani is having a play date at 3:30." Jordan finishes the bottle as my mouth drops to the ground.

"Ariana, you can't be serious."

"Oh I'm very serious. Be sure to keep Jordan away from the other kids. She's very sick."

"You owe me big time, Grande."

"I always do." She winks and goes upstairs.

I decide to invite all my friends over to help. 9 divided by 5 is I don't know. I'll take Jordan and Oliver, the most complicated. Peyton can have the twins. Skai can have Mackenzie. Cameron can have Karmani and Bella. Karan can have Jazmyn and Auggie.

I call them and they agree to help me.

2:55 pm

"We're leaving!" Ariana and Sean are going on a date.

A date is more of a nighttime thing, which would make babysitting easier, but since Karmani is having a play date, Ariana wanted to give me the most kids possible.

"Have a good time." Peyton waves as they leave and Karmani comes downstairs, looking cute as ever.

She's wearing a red shirt that says "Play" and some black tights under a ruffled denim skirt. Her new brown uggs look great with the outfit and she gives Oliver a kiss on his head.

"Karmani, you look adorable." Me, Skai, and Peyton speak at the same time, laughing afterwards.

"Thanks." She smiles then plays with Oliver for 30 minutes.

2:25 pm

Bella was the first one to come and Asia comes to the door with her.

"Hi, I'm Asia. This is Bella. Umm, my mom wants to know when to pick her up?" Asia is so adorable and such a strong dancer.

"5:00 pm."

"Thanks. See you then." She smiles, waves, and goes to her car.

Jazmyn comes after Bella and of course, Justin brings her to the door.

"OMG, it's Justin Bieber. Hi, I'm Taylor. Skai, Justin Bieber is in my house!" I love Justin Bieber but I just never got the chance to meet him.

"Hi." He smiles, leaning against the door frame.

"Taylor, you need to calm down. OMG, it's Justin Bieber!" Peyton comes in and smiles at him.

"Umm, you can come back at 5:00 pm.

"Ok. Look, I gotta go. I'll see you girls later." He waves, then leaves.

"I'm gonna die." I close the door and wait for Auggie.

I love Girl Meets World but it's just so weird to call him August. The doorbell rings and his mom is standing there.

"Hi. Auggie is a little shy. I know he doesn't seem like it on the show, but he's adjusted to the cast. Auggie come on out." He peeks out from behind her leg, I didn't even know he was there.

"Hi Auggie. The girls are upstairs. Come on in." He slowly comes in and quietly says bye to his mom.

"You can come back at 5:00 pm. Bye." She smiles and waves, then leaves.

"Auggie, I'll take you upstairs. Come on." He takes my hand and we go up the stairs together.

"Karmani, Auggie is here." He goes in and starts playing with them.

"Text me if you hear Jordan." Karmani nods, then goes back to playing.

I go back downstairs where the kids are playing and the teens are on their phones.

"All there's left to do is wait."

We sit on the couch for a while, then I remember something. I've always wanted to have an autograph wall. In my room. All of my favorite famous people's autographs. I take Skai, Peyton, Cameron, and Karan to my room and they sign the wall with a sharpie.

When the play date is over, I ask Bella, Asia, Auggie, and Justin to sign my wall. They do, then leave.

10:30 pm

"We're home." Ariana yells.

They seriously got drunk?

"Shut up. Your kids are sleeping. You went on a date for 7 hours and we're freaking tired."

Even the teens are passed out in my room.

"Sorry, Taylor. I wasn't paying attention to her. She was with Alexa and I was with Tone. They both got drunk. Thanks for babysitting."

I nod and go upstairs to bed. Skai and Peyton are asleep on my bed but it's so big, we can all fit. Cameron and Karan are asleep on the couches.
