"Hurry up Richelle!" Debbie yells.
"I'm doing my hair!" I yell back.
I make my hair neon green and then walk out of Debbie's bathroom.
"Like it?" I twirl around.
"Like it? I love it!" She squeals.
"Well I like yours too." I say.
Her outfit is the exact same as mine but blue.
"So are we meeting Terrance and Howard there or?" I ask.
"Yeah and Theresa and Randy."
"You and Howard are so cute together. I mean, your both really short." I laugh.
"Let's just go. My big brother is driving us."
"Oh how old is he?" I ask.
"He's 23 and in college." Debbie says. "Hey Drake get over here!"
"Yes Debbie, oh and this must be Richelle?" Drake asks.
He looks a lot like Debbie.
Dark blue hair, dark blue eyes, short. I mean, he's not short he's my height. But he's 23 so?
"Yeah that's me." I say.
"Well let's go." He says.
We get in his car and drive to Norisville High for the dance.
I just hope the dance doesn't get ruined by Amanda attacking the school.
Probably not because of anything she'd strike on Valentine's Day.
When we walk in the front doors there's already a lot of people in the halls.
"Hey Rich." Ter says.
"Oh hey." I say.
"You mind if I steal Richelle?" Ter asks Debbie.
"Oh sure! I'll just be looking for Howard if you need me." Debbie says.
We walk into the gym, which has been converted into a dance room.
Fog is all over the floor and UV lights are placed around the walls, which makes my neon outfit and hair glow.
There's a huge disco ball on the ceiling and rainbow lights are reflecting off of it.
Then there's a stage where the DJ is playing music.
Right now, 'Shut up and Dance' was playing.
"Oh don't you dare look back! Just keep your eyes on me! I said your holding back she said-" I sing.
"Shut up and dance with me! This woman is my destiny! She said, Ooh-ooh-hoo, Shut up and dance with me!" Ter sings.
And we keep singing and dancing till the songs over, then 'Watch Me' started playing.
"Oh no." I say.
"What?"
"Let's leave before everyone starts-" I start but get interrupted by the song and everyone singing it.
"Now watch me whip! Now watch me nae nae! Now watch me whip, whip! Now watch me nae nae!"
Now everyone dancing too it.
"This song is getting annoying." I whine.
"Come on, if you dance to it one time it won't kill you." Ter says.
