*Day of Wedding*
The same people that prepared me for my coronation are preparing me for my wedding to Firedrake. The idea of marrying him eventually became ok with me. After a couple days of talking to Firedrake about it. Now I just have butterflies.
The women are finally done after six hours of turning my head and spinning around. Willyn stands next to me behind the doors that open to my future. She must sense that I am nervous because she take my hand and gives it a squeeze. For some reason, this makes a thought pop into my head.
"Did you ever free Ethan and Shane?" I ask.
"I freed them the day that you agreed to train with me. I only said that I would keep them so you wouldn't run away," she explains. "They are both the kings of their kingdoms now."
My eyes fill with tears. "Thank you so much, Aunt Willyn. For everything."
I hug her and she hugs me back. Suddenly, the piano starts playing music, and it is time for me to walk down the aisle.
*Fifteen Years Later*
I am sitting at breakfast with my six children the morning before my eldest child's fourteenth birthday. A maid comes in carrying a stack of letters. She hands them to me and scurries out of the room. I flip through them. They are all R.S.V.P.'s to me eldest's birthday ball. The fourteenth birthday is the most important because it is when the child begins to learn magic.
I turn to my eldest. "Weslyn, everyone has said yes to coming to your birthday ball!"
"Yay!" she squeals.
"Who did you invite?" Wren, my eldest son of twelve, asks.
"King Shane, his wife, and his children; Queen Fallen, her husband, and their child; King Ethan and his wife; Queen Fallen's parents; King Shane's parents; and Aunt Willyn," I tell them.
"That's not very many," Winter, my youngest of eight, says.
"There will also be some common folk," I tell her.
"How many?" Wyatt, my son of 11, asks in disgust.
"Wyatt!" Wisp, his twin sister, scolds him.
"That was mean!" Winnie, my daughter of nine, complains.
They continue arguing and talking until the wooden doors creak open. Metal is heard clanking around, and Firedrake steps into the room. All the kids go running for him. There are a chorus of dad's and daddy's heard. Then, Firedrake's booming laughter is heard. He picks up Winter and spins her around. I smile at the scene.
"Did you kill the dragon?" Wren asks.
"Of course!" Firedrake boasts.
I can't help but shake my head at his "modesty" about it. The kids all state up at him in awe before sharing all of their stories from the last week when he's been off killing a dragon.
*Two Years Later*
I go through Winter's closet searching for a black dress for her to wear. We are attending Willyn's funeral this afternoon. I haven't stopped crying since I heard the news. She died of a unknown causes eight days ago. Willyn was like a mother to me, and hearing about her death felt like hearing about my mother's death all over again. I finally settle on a dress that looks almost exactly like my coronation dress, but without the rhinestones.
I lay the dress on Winter's bed and start back to my room so I can pick out a dress for the agonizing tear-filled afternoon awaiting me.
My family and I walk into the funeral room and walk up to the casket to see Willyn one last time before she is gone forever. Tears threaten to spill over my eyes. Firedrake takes my hand and gives me a reassuring squeeze.
"Ladies and gentleman," a priest says. "It is time to begin. Please find a seat."
After mass, we all take the casket to the cemetery. Before they can bury Willyn, I decide to say a few words. I walk over and stand next to the casket.
"Willyn was a great person," I am barely able to begin. "There were rumors that she killed my mother and grandmother that were false. It was their father. Willyn never told anybody this because she cared about other people. She cared about her father so much that she didn't want people to think badly of him. She cared about my mother so much that she didn't stop her from following the love of her life. She cared about my grandmother so much that she stayed and took the beatings and blame so her mother could be with her other daughter. Willyn cared all of us. Even if she showed us in odd ways. Willyn cared about my children and my husband so much that she lived somewhere else so that she wouldn't be in our way. Willyn cared about me. She cared about me so much that she sent people to guide me toward her so that she could train me. She trained me to become the woman that I am today. A woman that I am proud to be. She cared about me so much that she set up a marriage for me so that I would not have to have the burden of ruling alone like she did. Willyn loved me like a mother when I didn't have one. I loved her like my mother. Yet, I never got the chance to say a very important thing to her. Something that should have been said multiple times a day because of how much she cared for me. I would like to say thank you. Thank you, Aunt Willyn, for everything. I'll miss you."

I would also like to say that I'll miss those of you who don't continue on with me to my next book called The Bad Boy's Snowflake. And, for the final time...
Thanks, guys!
