I wake up to 'Good Morning Beautiful' like I normally do at 6:20. I get up grab one of my standard outfits consisting of a t-shirt and a pair of dark blue skinny jeans. Then go to my bathroom I change, brush my hair and teeth. I then apply some powder, mascara, and lipstick that matches my natural lip color. I pull on my boots just as the alarm on my phone tells me that it's 6:40 and I need to go to the bus stop. I quickly grab one of my many hoodies off the back of my closet, barely noticing that it's my reading hoodie. It says "I'm not addicted to reading. I can quit as soon as I finish my chapter" with a little stack of books. I grab my book and put it in my hoodie pocket, and then grab my binder as I'm running out my door.

It's a normal morning meaning that I, like always, am shivering as soon I step out the door. As I get to the bus stop I get a text message on my phone from Ryan one of my best friend saying that the bus was headed my way. I wait for another minute and the bus finally gets to my stop. I get on and head straight to where Ryan sits and share the seat with him.

Ryan has his earbuds in so we just sit there in silence. After two more stops one of my friends, Tegan, gets on and sits in the seat in front of us. She starts to make conversation, much to the annoyance of everyone around us, by asking how my weekend was. I answer her and then it goes vice versa. She goes into an episode of what happened with her psycho mother, and after that we just sit in silence.

We arrive at the school at 6:58, which is right on time for us and go to our regular table where, Tyler, another one of my other guy friends is waiting for us. Ryan's still listening to his music, while Tegan and I pull out our books. I don't even pay attention as to how much time passes when I see Evie's backpack hit the table. I look up and can already tell that she's not feeling well so I leave her alone.

I go back to reading for a few minutes and then Andrea shows up and we talk for a little bit. She tells me about her guy drama and I tell her about my weekend at the farm, by the time we finish talking the bell to go to our lockers rings. I grab my binder and stick my book back in my hoodie pocket. I wait for Andrea to grab her stuff and then we go to our lockers together.

They are only 2 lockers in between ours. I grab my geometry binder and she grabs what she needs for algebra. We walk down to the math hallway in a welcomed silence and I say bye to her as we come across my classroom door. I walk in being completely ignored and go to my seat at the back left corner. I put my regular binder on the floor while placing my geometry binder on my desk and grab my book back out of my pocket.

I start reading and am two pages away from finishing my chapter when I hear my name and look up. What I find is surprising, there's an extremely cute guy beside Mr. Addams, my geometry teacher. I see them looking at me,"What?"

"Would it be okay if Jeremy sits by you?"

"It should be fine." I say nervously.

Jeremy smirks obviously hearing my voice shake, his eyes go dark for a couple of seconds. He comes and sits in the seat next to me while Mr. Addams starts passing out our papers, so I put my book up. Jeremy says, "Hey."

I try not to sound like a total dork and reply back with,"Hi."

"What are you reading?"

"The Battle of The Ampere." I reply, he shouldn't have asked me about books because I can talk about them all day.

"Michael Vey. Good series." He says nodding his head.

"You've read it?" I ask him with a surprised look on my face.

He just chuckles at me and replies with, "I should be asking you that question. Most girls read The Vampire Diaries."

"I can't stand the first book, gave up on it and never kept going. It's too slow for me. I like the action. Don't get me wrong though I still read my fair share of Vampires, but just not that series."
