The rest of the school day passed in a blur. One minute I was in one class and the next minute I was in a completely different classroom. I don't remember much about anything except that my brother told Jeremy to sit at my table during lunch because we had the same shift. Finally the last bell rang and I was walking out the classroom when I see someone standing right outside the door. I almost forgot that he was taking me home. "Hey I have to go to my locker for a second to put my binder and I.D. up." I tell Jeremy in a daze.

"Ok. I'll go with you."

"Alright." I say and start leading the way. When we reach my locker I notice that Andrea actually beat me here today.

"Hey are you sure you still want me to come over today?" she asked me.

"Yes I need someone else with me, especially now considering every time I move my back starts to hurt." I tell her opening my locker to shove everything in so I only still have my phone and book.

"Ok. Common room or reading room?" she asks me wondering what she needs to bring.

"Honestly at this point I don't know. Go ahead and bring stuff for both." I tell her.

She just nods, while Jeremy looks confused.

"We have a big house. You'll just have to see when you get there." I explain to him.

"Ok I guess." he says sounding unsure. "Ready?" he asks as Andrea shuts her locker. We look at each other and nod, taking this as confirmation Jeremy starts leading the way.

After a two minute walk we reach the edge of the parking lot and Jeremy clicks a button on his car remote. I nearly stop in my tracks as I see the car that he owns.

"Y-you h-have a W-win-winchester car?" I stutter looking at his black '67 Chevy Impala.

"Yes is that so hard to believe?" he asks me.

"That's not what I meant. I've just never seen one in real life." I do live in a small town after all, and the farm is in an even smaller town. I run over to it and run my hands down the hood. Marveling at the beauty of it.

"Well here you are." He says smirking.

Andrea looks back and forth between us, "Am I missing something here?"

"Yes." Jeremy and I both practically scream at her.

"You've never made her watch it?"

"Oh trust me I've tried. She's a lost cause."

"Are we just going to stand here or get in and go to your house?" she asks me.

"I guess you're right. Jasmine should be getting home soon." I reply.

"Ok let's go then." Jeremy says opening the door of the passenger seat.

"Thanks," I tell him as I get in while Andrea gets in the back.

"Not a problem." he says walking back around the car.

"That's your house?" Jeremy asks in disbelief looking at my 3-story home.

"For real?" he asks.

"Believe me or don't," I tell him,"but it is where I live. Let me open the garage so you can park this beauty inside." I get out of the car and Andrea follows. I press the code into the code panel to open the door to see the empty 4-car garage except for my dad's tools. Jeremy drives in and gets out, with something in his hand.

"So do you know what my brother's plan was for having you over here before he gets home?" I ask him hoping he has an idea.

"To be honest? No, except maybe this way I wouldn't get lost." He tells me.
