Chapter 8

"Welcome to the Dark Side."

It sent shivers down your spine. "Alright. Let's begin training now, shall we," Kylo asked, walking over to grab his lightsaber off the table. He grabbed it and activated it. You grabbed yours and activated it as well. With that, Kylo charged at you and you began your training.

After training you were escorted down to the mess hall where you ate with a unit of Stormtroopers. You sat in silence, staring at your plate, moving the food around with your fork. "Are you alright ma'am," the trooper next to me asked. You nodded, not looking up. "Yeah... I-I'm fine," you said quietly. The trooper turned to look at me. "No you're not," he said. "Really? What's wrong?" You sighed and looked at him. The man was young, probably around 18, with gentle, dark blue eyes and black hair. "I'm KL-1423 by the way," he said. "I'm (Y/N)," you said quietly. "And nothing is really wrong. Just my thoughts is all."

"I see," KL-1423 said. "What's your name," you asked. He looked at you. "I told you, my name is KL-1423," he answered. "They gave me it when they took me off my planet and told me it was the only name I would need from then on." You nodded. "What was it before," you asked. "Kael," he answered. You smiled. "I'm just gonna call you that then," you said, somewhat happily. Kael smiled. "Sounds good to me (Y/N)," he said with a chuckle.

After the meal, you headed back to your room, escorted by Kael. "Thank you, Kael," you said with a smile. "Don't mention it," he said. Even though he had his helmet on, you could tell he was smiling. He walked away and you went into your room. When you walked in, you noticed your lightsaber was on your dresser. Kylo had taken it from you at the end of training. But he trusted you with it? You weren't going to run and he knew it.

This is just a sort of filler chapter. And you will be seeing more of Kael. Stuff will pick up in the next few chapters. Sorry for how slow moving it is.
