"Class we have a new student, Rose Valentine. Please welcome her to Hamilton High School with open arms." Ms. Reed introduced this beautiful girl

"Hi." She waved gleaming her pink braces

Whistles flew from across the room.

"Okay class calm down. Ms. Valentine take a seat anywhere you'd like."

She nodded and looked around. Her eyes caught mine and she lit up hurrying over.

"Hi Bryson." She whispered

"Do I know you?"

"I'm Tammy's cousin we met like 3 times."

Tammy was my bestfriend from middle school. Rose stayed with her during the summer so she was almost always around. She was younger than us so she stayed with the younger kids. I couldn't figure out why she was a senior now if she was always a grade under us.

"What you doing here?"

"I live with Tammy now."

"I mean in our grade. Ain't you suppose to be in the 11th?"

"Skipped a grade." She shrugged pulling her purple sparkle notebook from her bag with a pen

I watched her scribble down what Ms. Reed had on the board.

"You not gone take notes?" She nudged me

"No."

She laughed and continued to write.

"Where your friends?" She asked nudging me again

"It's first period they either not here or they in another class."

"Okay meanie." She furrowed her eyebrows and turned away from me

I hadn't noticed I snapped at her. A few minutes later the bell rung. She scribbled down the rest of the notes before wrapping up her stuff. She had an attitude and had a terrible way of hiding it.

"Aye Valentine." I called slinging my backpack over my shoulder

She turned to me sporting a smirk.

"Oh you just knew I was gone come after you." I laughed

"Yea. Maybe."

"Your a trip man I swear." I threw my arm over her shoulder

"What's your next class?"

"Bio."

"Me too. Come on." She grabbed my hand from her shoulder and pulled me with her

"Rose." I stopped her

"Yes."

"Bio is this way." I pointed in the opposite direction

Lunch
"How you living?"

"Good. I guess living with Tammy ain't bad. You?"

"Good I guess."

"You guess?"

"Yea. I ain't really got no friends." I laughed

"Yes you do." She protested

"I mean yea I do but no one to open up too like I use to with Tammy. Although I had nothing to tell her it would still be nice to have someone to vent to. Ya know?"

"I mean. I may be young but I'm mature and I think I can handle you venting to me. You know, I could be your diary." She laughed

"Yea. We should try that sometime."

"I'm serious. We could sit on the roof and you can open up to me. I could open up to you too. Trust me."

"I'm just getting to know you."

"I know but I feel like I've known you forever already."

I'm completely remaking Rambo. In more detail and a more define story line but the plot is still the same.

Happy Birthday Bryson🎈
