(XIX) What the Actual Fuck

Kellin's POV

I woke up earlier than I had expected I looked over to see Kailyn peacefully sleeping. I just watched and played with her hair.

When it got later I wrote her a note and left.

As I was driving I began to realize the last time I saw Jesse was that last day of middle school that I went.

When he told me he wasn't going to the same high school as me. When I knew that I was going to be completely alone.

I turned up the volume Radioactive was on.

"This is it the apocalypse woah"

I pulled on to the curb. Locked my car doors and unlocked my apartment door.

Then I texted Jesse my address and he said he would be here in like 30 minutes.

I charged my phone because there was like only 32% battery left.

I went into the shower. I got out and put on some basketball shorts and a black V-neck.

I had like 20 minutes I stalked tumblr then I got a text saying he was almost here.

I exited the addicting app and texted him back that the door was open.

I looked at the beautiful acoustic that Kailyn got me.

I picked it up and started practicing a song I was working on. I was about 3/4 done when I heard someone clear there throat.

"Oh hey Jesse" I said as I put the guitar down."Hey man I am glad that you didn't quit singing"

"Yea I like to.. So what do you wanna do today man"

Jesse was pondering his thoughts then said "I wanna go eat some fucking food first man"

I nodded in agreement. We got outside and we argued about whose car to take. We finally decided on mine because I am just that good at winning.

Plus we were so hungry and my car was closer. I cranked up the radio and some post-hard core song was on. Jesse started mimicking the chords to the guitar while I tried to figure how the lyrics went.

We finally got to FuddRuckers .. It's an amazing burger place. We ordered and just waited.

A girl came and sat down at our table. Me and Jesse just looked at each other. She spoke randomly and said "I bet you guys are wondering why I am here" we both just nodded.

She continued "I was over there alone when I saw you guys and I thought to myself I think I am going to go say hi so urmm hi"

Jesse chime in " Oh well umm Hi I am Jesse and that's Kellin" I did a little wave and he continued "What about you?"

"Oh usually if I say hi to anyone they yell fuck off but yea my names Olidia"

Jesse looked at me indicating me to speak "nice to meet you Olidia I ..." I was cut off by her saying

"You are the only two people who have ever been remotely nice to me and Kellin I know who you are I am in your choir class you probably don't notice me I kind of just curl in a corner but seriously just yea I got to go now but thanks a lot."

She got up and left. Me and Jesse just sat there. I tried to push it to the side. But an image of her kept showing up.

Her in the corner with people talking no spitting and being mean to her.

Jesse woke me up out of my trance "Bro I am transferring to your school"

"Fuck yea" I yelled. "Woah I didn't think you would be this exited"
