Chapter 18

I woke up and it was Bret's birthday!! I got myself from his very strong grip on me and got up and got ready. I was going to go see Danene. I got into my tight leather pants and pink tank top with my jean jacket Bret gave me. I slipped on some biker gloves and did my hair exactly like Bret's.  I turned around and saw a still sleeping Bret.

"Happy Birthday Baby." I blew a kiss and grabbed my bag and headed out.

I got the car keys and got in since the hospital was too far to walk to. I went to the hospital and went straight to her room as the nurses knew me already.

i walked in to find a sleeping Austin in the window. His sleeves were up and I saw pink scars all over his wrists. I gasped and felt my eyes water. Austin then woke up and pulled his sleeves down as he noticed I was here. I pretended to not see because I'd confront him later when all of this is over.

"Hey I thought it was Bret's birthday today."

"It is just I came to see her." He nodded and walked out to go and get some coffee.

I sat by her on her bed and looked at her pale pale skin.

"Please wake up. We miss you so much. It's Bret's birthday today and I wish you could come." I blinked back the tears and waited for Austin to come back. He came back and gave me a frappe.  We both looked at her laying there so peacful and it hurt to see her like that.

"Well i have to go ill be back later." I said as I felt my heart being ripped out.

"Ok say happy birthday to Bret for me." I nodded and slowly turned away. I walked out and bacck to the car. I sat in the seat and started to cry . I miss her soo much and Austin does so much hes driven to cutting again. I sucked it up and drove back home.

I went up the stairs to see Bret still sleeping. I kicked off my shoes and went back to my original place, I kissed his lips and his eyes slowly fluttered open to reveal the cutest hazel eyes ever.

"Hey babe.' He murmured.

"Hey Birthday boy." His eyes widened.

"Damn, I'm getting old again?" I put on a look of hurt on my face considering im older.

"Oh baby I love you and your still young." 

"Uh huh." I kissed his nose and got up.

"Oh shit you look sexy" He smiled and yelled out.

"Thanks, now get dressed we are going all over town!" He groaned. I rolled my eyes and went downstairs .I made breakfast for him an set it out while i continued to sip of my coffee. I cant eat i just cant.

He came down and kissed my head and started to eat and I smiled. I finished my coffee and crushed the cup and threw ti away.

"So did you go to the hospital this morning?" He asked.

"Yeah shes still the same."

"How's Austin holding up?" I panicked should I tell him what I saw or say hes doing fine. I sighed.

"He's he's been better." I started to play with my lip rings.

"So what do you think of me getting a tattoo?" I asked him.

"Hell Yeah what do you want to get?" 

"Umm... lyrics....from Forgotten."

"Thats awesome what part."

"I was thinking 'And You'll never be alone.' " He nodded his head and finished eating and we walked outside to his car. I texted the guys we were leaving and we backed out of the driveway and headed to a tattoo shop Alex got his little lucky cat with a whiskey bottle at.

I decided to get it on my wrist. I got it in Bret's handwriting. I handed my wrist out to the tattoo guy so he could put on the guide and he looked surprised by all the scras all healing and some permanet in my skin.

He asked why I was getting this tattoo and I told him my life story and everything. He then understood why there were scars. Bret had to hold me in the chair so I wouldnt jump out .The tattoo was finally done and I loooked at it and smiled so big. I paid the guy and me and Bret went shopping to a couple places.

Bret tried to get me to try on a few dresses which I tried some and hated most but he liked them all apparently. We went to Hot Topic and got noticed a little bit and had to sign some things and take pics. One of the girls even asked for my autograpgh.

We went to the food court in a mall and ate . I only ate a little bit so he wouldnt force me. I know what im doing is bad but its the next best thing from cutting. The guys then texted me saying we could come back.

"Hey Bret the guys are at your house and want to hang out." I said.

"Ok lets go." He took my hand in his and we walked out to the parking lot and to the car. I was bouncy with excitement but had to keep it contained. We parked the car in front of the house and I got out and acted all normal about it.

"Surprise!" Everyone yelled. It was the rest of The Relapse Symphony and some other friends and his sisters.

He smiled and hugged everyone and saved me for last. He opened his gifts and opened mine last because i gave it over last. He opened it and his eyes widened. i had got him a signed cd by his favorite band. He hugged and kissed me so much . I smield as he pulled away and then the whiskey was pulled out. My phone shortly went off.

It was playing All Your Hate........... No it couldnt be.

"Hello?"

"Hey My bitch !" I smiled and my eyes started to tear up.

"You You are awake?"

"Hell Yeah!" I smiled.

"Ill be there soon." I hung up. It was like my life was made up.

"Everyone shut the hell up and get back in the car we gotta go see a fully awake girl." Everyone had the biggest smiles on their faces. We all piled in and once again I was driving yet another mistake made by them.

We rushed back there and saw her and Austin laughing and everything.

"Danene!" I yelled and hugged her so tight.

"Alli! You are going to kill me!" I let go and smiled. Tyler and JC seemed to be very happy to see her awake and so did everyone else.

"Best Birthday ever." Bret whispered in my ear and kissed my temple and I smiled.

I'm getting so many new ideas for new Bret Von Dehl stories! After I finish my Andy Biersack story I might start a new Bret story.
