Chapter 9

•Katelyn's POV•
"Baby!" I hear Jack yell. "Jack!" I yelled back. He ran up to my room and hugged me like he wasn't ever going to let me go. This is the best feeling in the world. "Jack" I whispered. "Yeah baby girl?" "Don't ever let me go." "You don't have to worry about that" I loved him. He was amazing.

•Matt's POV•

As soon as I got into the car, I felt a tear slip down my cheek. Why was I crying? Oh I don't know maybe the girl I loved wasn't and will never be mine?!? I should have been selfish and swept her off her feet but I didn't think that was right. Why can't she love me like she loves Jack? Once I got home I called Nash and told him everything in between quiet sobs. "I'm sorry man. I know you love her" Nash said. Why can't she know?

•Jack's POV•

I'm so glad Katelyn is mine. She is the most amazing girl in the world. But I know Matt wants to be with her. And I know some part of her, even if it's just a minuscule part, wants to be with him. I'm not going to bring it up though because I knew she would deny it. "Jack?" "Hm?" "Whatcha thinking about?" Kate asked "nothing." I said. She knew something was up. "We'll talk later, k?" She was amazing. We sat there not saying anything but we knew what each other were thinking. That's what I loved about us. But I'm going to have to bring up the Matt thing.
"Kate?" "Yeah?" She replied "can we talk?"
