Chapter 16

•Katelyn's POV•
Everyday, for a week I went to the hospital. Each day I was allowed to stay longer. Even though I wasn't in a relationship with Jack, I still loved him. I hadn't talked to Matt since. I knew he was in jail though. He had called me crying but I hung up. Did he think he could just cry into a phone and me forgive him? It wasn't going to happen... Again

• 2 days later•

"Hello?" I said into the phone as an unknown number popped up. "Miss. Johnson?" The voice said. (Yes. I am Johnson's twin sister.)
"Yes?" I answered back.
"We have some very good news. It's about Jack!" My heart was soaring.
"He's recovering Miss. But you can come see him. He woke up mumbling your name."
"Okay!!" I jumped up and I said thank you and went to get the keys. I called Grace and told her the good news. I was glad that Sammy and her were going to get to go on a date now. 😏🤗

• at the hospital•
I ran in and got a visitors pass. I ran up to Jack's room and rushed in. "Jack!" I whisper yelled as tears started spilling down my cheeks from happiness. He sat there smiling and held his arms out. I ran into them. Man I missed his hugs. He kissed my forehead. "Baby girl?" He said. "Yes?" I spoke quietly. "Can we get back together?" He said. "Yes Jack we can" I smiled before continuing "but Madison can't be a part of anything. Okay?" He nodded and kissed my cheek. We were back together and I couldn't be happier.

•Sammy's POV•
I got a call from Grace. She said that Jack had come back and that we could go on a date anytime I wanted. (It was summer) I was excited and said "how about tonight?" She said we could. At 7. It was 2. I had to get flowers, make reservations, call Nate, go see Jack.

Oh god. There is so much to do!
