The ships suddenly fell from the perilous Warp as Haydrax watched Carkiss 10 near them. Debris of fallen ships were scattered everywhere and as the Grey Knight Cruiser, the Ultramarine Cruiser, and his very own ship kept close together, he could even begin to see some of the devastation that had been wreaked upon Carkiss 10. Smog covered parts of it where smoke and dust had clung together in the skies while he could see where the debris from the dead ships above had crashed onto the ground.

"Get everyone prepared. Mister Angelo, until I order you into the gunship, keep my ship here intact. We will be needing it if the worst comes to pass." said Haydrax as he looked at the man, now a newly-made Inquisitor Acolyte.

"Yes, Inquisitor Haydrax Ishmael Jacobeam the Fourth." said Angelo as he bowed and then got near the throne.

Upon the throne was the actual ships captain and as he looked to Angelo, he said to him, "We will be in range of the Maglev cannon soon... let us hope its aim is not perfect and that the dead ships can save us from the worst of the shots."

A shuttle was sent from the frigate towards the Ultramarine cruiser and as it landed swiftly, Haydrax lead the group of Acolytes behind him towards the drop pod bays. Ultramarine squads were already moving towards the bays and as the group ran, Jaxx was trying not to choke o the Iho stick in his mouth as he ran.

Phrix was trying her best to keep up, as was Engelbart, Widit, and Theodosius, but they all wee lagging behind until Eli took up Phrix over his shoulder and said, "We're gonna have to carry you all it seems."

Rex, Stark, and Nicholas all carried the techpriests acolytes and as the group continued to run on, the only ones up ahead was Eli, Scarlet, and Mac. Jaxx and Drake were keeping up a good pace, as was Rex, Stark, and Nicholas as the tight bunch stayed together in a tight group. However, Drake was almost nervous as he had just before coming here been given charge of Jonathan's Sentinel and he had remembered looking up into the black helmet of Jonathans and feeling partial dread and excitement. He had never piloted anything before, being no more than a militiaman, but he was very eager to pilot the venerable war machine to battle again.

That is, if they even make it to the ground.

And then the group were in the drop bay and as Ventirs waved them into the nearby pods, everyone scrambled into their designated pods as four of them all squeezed into a single pod, making three pods filled with the Acolytes. Inside, the Acolytes quickly strapped into the pods newly made seats and as Learchus looked from his squad down upon them, he asked Jaxx, "Are you afraid of what is to come?"

Jaxx crushed his Iho stick and shook his head. "Perils of the Warp can kiss my butt good bye."

Learchus  gave an interesting look to the Arbites but he then nodded as the pod then was lowered down into a capsule as it awaited deployment.

On the Grey Knight vessel, Jonathan and Logan were standing with their bolters in hand as they stood on a teleportation pad while Windheim, Alec, Michael, Daxx, and Bjorn was on another nearby teleport pad and as Windheim looked at the two boy across from them as he said, "Are you two ready to face the Archenemy?"

Logan and Jonathan both nodded as Windheim then said, "Then we will begin transportation once the Inquisitor has given us a place to be and once we are within range."

"Yes, Justicar." said Logan as they both awaited for the teleportation to happen when suddenly there was sound of the vox going off and as Jonathan listened in to it, he suddenly realized what was going on.

"They just fired the cannon! Prepare-" he began when the ship groaned as it tried to move out of the way and then they heard the roar as the maglev cannon shot went by and as they all managed to spread their legs to not fall over, Windheim said, "It looks like we won't have much time to do this... we'll have to make this quick!"
