Samantha and Jerome was about to left their town house in Makati when Jerome’s phone started to ring. He answered his phone quickly.

“What? Bakit ngayon pa?” Jerome said and he sounds mad.

“We’re so sorry Sir, we’ll call you as soon as I fixed it. Sorry for the inconvenience.” the travel agency replied and Jerome ended the call.

“Damn it!” he cursed.

“What’s wrong honey?” Samantha asked.

Samantha’s POV

“What’s wrong honey?” I asked my husband. Bigla kasing nag iba ang mood nya after nyang maka receive ng tawag.

“Our flight to Cebu is cancelled, meron daw kasing problem ang airlines.. Baka matagalan pa bago maayos..” he explained. Pero for me, okay na din na hindi muna matuloy ang pagbalik namin sa Cebu. Ayoko pa kasing umalis ng Manila, para bang may kulang.

“I see, bakit ba kasi nagmamadali ka makabalik ng Cebu? Masaya naman tayo ditto diba?” I asked because I’m really curious with his decision.

“Nothing, I just want to be there with you. Mas peaceful kasi doon, ayaw mo ba doon?” He said. Talaga nga bang ‘yun lang ang dahilan nya?

Sa tagal ng pinagsamahan namin ni Jerome, never naman syang nagsinungaling o naglihim sa akin, siguro nga gusto nya lang ng mas tahimik na buhay, siguro nag aalala pa din sya dahil sa nangyari noong nakaraang araw.

“Kahit saan naman ayos lang sakin basta kasama kita..” I answered. Totoo naman kasi, mag asawa kami, so kung nasaan sya, dapat nandoon din ako.

Jerome hugged me tight. I noticed the tightness of his hug, as if he doesn’t want to let me go. But I didn’t mind, he has the right to do that because he is my husband and that he cares for me.

It was 4pm in the afternoon when Albert receive a package from his investigator. He was at his office by that time and before he was able to open the package, he received a call from the investigator.

“Boss, nandyan na sa envelop nay an ang lahat ng gusto mong malaman tungkol kay Samantha. Tawagan nyo na lang po ako kung may ipag uutos pa po kayo.”

“Sige, salamat.” Albert replied.

Albert’s POV

Sa wakas, hawak ko na ang result.

Ngayon, masasagot na lahat ng tanong sa isip ko. Si Cesca at Samantha nga ba ay iisa?

Then I opened the envelop. My hand was trembling as I scan the files that was inside the envelop.

I was shocked.

Hindi ako makapaniwala.

Tunay ngang sya si Samantha.. Samantha Madrigal.

Kumpleto lahat ng mga dokumento, Mula sa birth certificate, marriage certificate, hanggang sa mga pinaka confidential na information. Pati ang ilang mga larawan kasama ang asawa nyang si Jerome.

“But why?” I asked myself.. Why she really looks like Cesca?

Then I suddenly remember what I already told my Mom, that I’m going to marry Valeen if I was wrong with Samantha’s identity.
