Allie

I stare at the big white house. Her parents aren't home and I can tell because the car is out. If I'm going to do this, I have to do this now.

I pull my grey hood over my head and begin to walk across the street. Instead of going around to the back, I'm going to just ring the door bell. I have nothing to lose.

I reach the gate and slowly open it enough to where I can slip through. I look around the area once more to make sure no one is watching me. One day I dream of coming here without having to hide my identity and sneak around.

I jog up the stairs and quickly knock on the door. I keep my head down. I can't hear anything on the other side of the door. I wait for a few seconds before knocking again. A few cars drive by.

I hear the locks of the door turning. I brace myself for any possible outcome. I watch the door crack open slowly. A dog's bark makes me shoot my head around. The bark echoes in my head and makes my heart skip a few beats.

All of a suddenly I'm pulled inside the house. I almost trip, but I catch myself. I jump to the door slamming behind me.

"What're you doing here!?" Alix said. "You don't even know if my parents are here or not."

I stare at her. Her hair is in a ponytail like mine. She has on a black sports bra and black tight sports briefs. I haven't seen her or heard from her in almost two weeks. She looks good. Really good.

I said quietly, "I just wanted to see you and talk."

She folded her arms, "There's nothing to talk about."

I sigh and pull my hood down. Her facial expression isn't comforting, at all. I can still see the anger in her face. Her tone of voice isn't soft and cute anymore. I hope it's not too late.

"I haven't talked to you -"

"In a while, yeah I know," She interrupted. "I've been busy taking care of myself."

"I didn't mean to just drop in. I just don't know how else to contact you." I said.

"I don't really want to talk to you, Allie. I made that clear to you several times." She said.

"Alix I don't care what you say. We need to talk." I said.

"What is there to talk about? You cheated on me two days before my game. Instead of telling me about it you tried to keep it a secret. I have to find out through the claw marks on your back," She said. "Now what?"

I sighed, "I just need to know if there's ever a chance of us getting back together or even being friends."

She doesn't answer me immediately like I thought she would. I was expecting some smart remark or comment. She stares at me blankly.

"Look, if you need more time I understand ... I just miss you, in my life. I miss your smell, I miss your touch, your smile and your voice." I admitted.

She mumbled, "I can't believe a word you say anymore Allie."

"Just put the fact that I cheated aside, mind you I was drunk," I said. "Are you saying you don't even love me anymore?"
