"And this is my room!" My new friend Helena clapped her hands together with gleeful excitement.
I peered into the room and saw a collection which absolutely reflected its mistress. Jealously, I also noted all of the modern appointments. Of course, with a father who was nothing less than a captain of industry, she would have access to these things. And, of course, the canopied bed was decorated with ribbons of every color. While Helena had thus far dressed in muted colors, Victoria had not been her monarch, so she was allowed a wider range than the rest of us.
AN: I realize in reality this scene would most likely never take place, but that's what's fun about fiction.
