What you are about to hear is controversial and offensive.

Marijuana.

Yes. If this makes any sense, please explain to me, why the fuck should a radio station censor out this kind of word? Literally, I know like 2 songs on the top of my head that get beeped for mentioning "smoking week".

Roses by The Chainsmokers

Here by Alessia Cara

No. Seriously. Listen to this shit.

The first one talks about never letting go of someone, by seizing the night with a movie, or getting high.

The second talks about being in a place she is unwelcomed in, and hiding in corners where she can be hidden in marijuana clouds.

It's not like they are saying shit like, "look at me, I'm cool by smoking weed." IF ANYTHING, these artist are steering you away from using drugs. The first is using a god damn metaphor. The second is bad influences, weed, that she is trying to avoid.

BUT, I get it. You're not aloud to cuss on public radio, legally. You know what would make more sense, though? Removing that law.

Its fucking stupid that the slightest cuss word is turned into a forbidden message *ahem Wattpad*

message?

Jesus fucking chirtst, we should all be able to cuss if we want to. I don't want them to censor a word, just because it's not "legal" in the US.
