The next day, Hayes and I said our goodbyes. Getting on the plane to go home was one of the most exciting but sad things I've ever done. Exciting because I get to see Ross again, sad because I'm leaving my family behind.

Once we boarded, I got Hayes to message Jai to tell him we are on our way home. "And again why did I wear jeans?" Hayes smiled before leaning back. "Because your Alli." I rolled my eyes and looked out the window.

"Ross?" I could hear giggling coming from the lounge room. Ross came flying over and gave me a hug. "Where were you?"

"Don't worry about it." He nodded and wiggled down to say hello to Hayes. I walked over to Jai and threw my arms around his neck. "Thank you so much. I was in Carolina a lot longer then I wanted to be, but I had some things I needed to do."

"Yeah I know, Hayes rang me and explained the situation, making sure it was for me to look after Ross. But good news, he made his first TV appearance." I smiled and laughed. "Jai, whose here?" I turned around to see Luke walking out of the bathroom. I ran over and threw my arms around his neck. "Thank you."

"I wasn't here till yesterday. Jai called saying he needed more undies." I smiled. "Why didn't he use the washing machine?"

"Exactly what I said."

"Because I didn't know how to use it okay. There were to many buttons." I laughed and walked back over giving him a hug. "Thank you again, I owe you big time." He shook his head before shaking Hayes' hand. He squatted down to Ross' level. "Ross." Ross looked up. "What up Jai?"

"I'm going now buddy." Ross immediately stood up grabbing onto his hand. "No." Luke raised his eyebrows at the scene while my mouth fell open. "I live like 10 minutes away, how about once a month we have a boys day." Ross nodded before giving Jai a hug. "See ya bro." My eyebrows went up as Jai turned a light pink. "See ya bud." He stood up before walking towards the door. "Thank you so much." He nodded and left with Luke following behind him.

"Night Ross." I looked up to see Hayes giving Ross a hug. "We'll go out tomorrow yeah." Ross nodded before walking over to me. "Bud, go play in your room for a minute, I need to talk to Dad." He nodded before running off.

"What's up Alli?"

"Thank you."

"For what?"

"For being there when I needed someone. Coming home with me. Buying me a new phone." He smiled and walked over to me. I wrapped my arms around his torso, while his arms went around my upper body. "It's no problem." I nodded and stood on my tiptoes, pressing my lips against his cheek. "Thank you." Hayes let go and walked towards the door, opening it. "Night Alli."

"Night Hayes." He walked out and I shut the door behind him. "Mum." I turned around to see Ross with a tear stained face. "Bud, come here." He ran over to me. I picked him and sat down on the couch. "What's wrong?"

"Is it true that Pop died?" I slowly nodded, pressing my cheek against his head. "Is that where you and Dad went?" I nodded again before standing up while he wrapped his legs around my waist. "Okay time for bed." Ross nodded before sliding down. "Can I sleep in your bed?" I nodded before walking off to my room with Ross. He climbed in and straight away fell asleep. I put on my pyjamas and hopped into bed hoping I would just fall asleep, but I couldn't. I walked out of bed and sat down on the couch phone in my hands. I rang the person I really needed to.

~Phone Conversation~

Alli: "Hey Alex."

Alex: "Hey, can't sleep either?"

Al: "Nope. I don't know what it is."

Ale: "Neither, Jack and I are just sitting in the lounge room saying nothing to each other, just sitting there."

Al: "Well I'm alone, Ross fell asleep straight away."

Ale: "Can you wait a second?"

Al: "Yeah."

Ale: "Hey Als I have to go, Zoey just came over she can't sleep either. Please try and get some sleep. I'll message you in the morning."

Al: "Night Alex."

Ale: "Night Alli."

I hung p and went onto Instagram. The first thing that popped up on my feed was that Ross Lynch had posted a picture of tour dates. There was a concert in a month. I knew exactly what I was going to with Ross. I was going to buy Meet and Greet tickets, and take Hayes with me as well as Ross, and go and Ross can meet who he was named after. That would be a very good family day out. So I rung up Hayes.

~Phone Convo~

A: "Hayes."

H: "Alli, it's 11:30, what are you doing awake?"

A: "I came up with a great idea, can I tell you?"

H: "Do I really have a choice?"

A: "Well you do but it includes you so you might want to know."

H: "Shoot."

A: "Well R5 are playing a show in a month so I reckon we should take Ross. I will buy us Meet and Greet tickets so he can meet who he's named after. That is if it's a good idea. For all I know, it could be shit."

H: "That's a good idea Alli. I'll talk to you more about it tomorrow. So buy the tickets and we can tell Ross tomorrow. Does Ross even know any of their songs?"

A: "Of course he does. He's my son isn't he? I mean what child of mine wouldn't now any of their songs?"

H: "True. Anyway, I'm going back to sleep. Night Alli."

A: "Night Hayes."

I walked over to the table where my laptop was charging and grabbed it and took it back to the couch with me. I went on to R5's website and brought 3 Meet and Greet tickets for the show in LA. I went to back to bed and fell straight asleep.
