The next day, when I went to the hospital, that's when it all hit me hard. That's when it all sunk in. The fact that my dad, the one who always encouraged me to do my best, was gone. "Alli."

"What?" Hayes sighed. "It's time to get up." I groaned and sat up. I saw that Hayes had his clothes laid out on top of my armchair. "Why are your clothes here?"

"Well, Alex rang me and told me that you need boost so I came over to make sure you go today." I smiled and gave Hayes a hug. "Well thank you for that." I swung my legs over my bed and got up. "Do you need to shower?" Hayes shook his head and smiled. "You go. I'll put my pants on, ill put my shirt on closer to the time and Alli where should I put my jeans?"

"Just put them on the chair." He nodded so I grabbed a bra and underwear from the drawer and walked to the bathroom.

Once I had shaved, washed and washed my hair, I got out. I dried and put on my underwear; wrapping my towel around myself I walked back to my room. Hayes was sitting on my bed using his phone. "I'm going to get changed in the closet, I'll be out in a few." He looked up then nodded before looking back down at his phone. I walked in and saw the outfit I had laid out on the chair in there. It was a black dress, which was tight around the neck, and had a small bit of skin showing material down the middle. I paired it with a pair of black stocking and a pair of small-wedged black ankle boots. I walked back out with my hair still up in the towel and walked over to Hayes. "Mind zipping me up?" Hayes glanced up before looking me up and down. "Yeah, sure."

After I was zipped up, I went and sat on the floor in front of my mirror. I took my hair out of the towel and watched it fall down past my shoulders. I plugged in my hair dryer and dried my hair. My hair naturally fell down wavy so I put some hairspray in and left it. I didn't want to do much makeup so I just put on a light layer of mascara only on my top lashes, a light layer of eyeliner and did my eyelids a light black. I added a tiny bit of foundation before standing up. Hayes smiled before getting up and quickly swapping his shirt. "Alli?"

"Yeah." I turned around from the mirror. "This is from Will, Nash, Sky and I." I walked over to Hayes and he passed me a box. I opened it and inside there was a bracelet. It was a swirly kind of one which was beautiful . "Hayes that's beautiful." He smiled and pulled me in for a hug. Once we pulled away he put the necklace around my neck before grabbing my hand. "Ready?" I nodded before grabbing my bag and linking hands with Hayes.

Once we got to the church, I didn't look like many people were here yet. "Hayes. Would it be bad if I didn't go in there?" He nodded before turning the car off. My door opened and Jack's head popped in. "If your not going in can I hide with you guys?"

"Where going in." He nodded before holding his hand out to me. I got out and looked around. "Everyone's inside, we were waiting on you." I frowned then looked around. "Did Alex come?" Jack nodded. "Only just, Mum had to yell at him." I shook my head before finding his hand. "Alli, I'm going to sit with my mum okay." I nodded. We walked in, Hayes went and sat with his family while Jack and I walked down to where the rest of the family were. The funeral started as soon as we sat down.

"We would like to call Allison Georgia Winston, Billy's youngest daughter to come up and say a few words." I looked up at Jack. Shrugging he stood up and helped me up to the stage. "Hello? Well if I had know I was going to be called up here I would have prepared, so I'm just going to wing it.

"Well my Dad was who I looked up to when I was younger. Even though I had Alex and Jack to help me along the way, Dad was always the one I asked most questions to. If you knew my Dad, you would know that he had a strange sense of humour. For example one of the few memories I remember from when I was like 4 was when we all went on a family outing. I can't remember where we went but I know that it was somewhere to do with water that your not meant to swim in. Anyway so I was just walking along and was following Jack and Alex, Zoey was behind us winging her way into mum carrying her. When Alex pulled me aside. 'Alli, did you know that if you dive into that pool of fish over there, you will become an elf.'" Everyone laughed.
