Chapter 14- Kicked Out

I must have fallen asleep because I woke up when I felt the bed dip next to me. "Alli, it's just me." I reopened my eyes and squirmed out of Hayes' arms and stood up. "Can you please get out?" I looked at the clock and saw 11:30 in the morning. "Why?" I starred at him in disbelief. "You know why now get out." Hayes shook his head and stood up. I walked over to my door and opened it. I stood waiting for him to get out. "Don't you know how to use a door? Well this is what you do. You walk out like this." I demonstrated how to do it but kept walking. "What it your problem?" I stopped walking in front of Shawn's door. "You Hayes, you." I pointed at him.

"WHAT THE HELL DID I DO?"

"YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU DID HAYES." I turned on my heel and kept walking. I got to the name wall and saw that everyone was either in the kitchen, or sitting in the lounge room, watching TV. "THAT'S THE THING ALLI. I DON'T KNOW."

Everyone turned around or looked at us. "WHERE WERE YOU WHEN EVERYONE ELSE CAME HOME?"

"I WAS STILL AT THE PARTY, YOU KNOW BEING SOCIAL."

"WELL, UNLIKE YOU, I WANTED TO BE WITH MY FRIENDS. BUT I JUST DIDN'T REALLY WANT TO GO AND GET WASTED."

"WELL YOU COULD OF COME AND NOT GOTTEN WASTED YOU KNOW."

"HOW MANY DRINKS DID YOU HAVE LAST NIGHT HUH?"

"AS MANY AS EVERYONE ELSE."

"WELL, HOW CAN I BELIEVE YOU BECAUS I'VE SEEN YOU WASTED AND YOU'VE NEVER BEEN THAT STUPID."

"I WASN'T BEING STUPID ALLI."

THAT'S A LIE BECAUSE EVERYONE SAW YOU AND THAT WHORE, WHOSE NAME I DON'T KNOW FLIRTING ALL NIGHT. THEN THEY SAW YOU FOLLOW HER UPSTAIRS."

"ALLI THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN." I was right then that I saw the evidence. "WHAT'S THAT THEN HAYES HUH? BECAUSE THAT LOOKS LIKE A FUCKING HICKY."

I pointed at it so that everyone could see it to.

"WHY DO YOU CARE? IT'S NOT LIKE YOU WERE THERE OR ANYTHING."

"HAYES THAT'S CALLED CHEATING. AND IT'S A BIT STUPID BECAUSE ABOUT 12 HOURS BEFORE YOU GAVE ME THIS." I pointed at my promise ring that he gave me. Then it all hit me "HOW LONG HAVE YOU KNOWN HER?"

"ONLY SINCE LAST NIGHT."

"HAYES HOW LONG HAVE YOU FUCKING KNOWN HER?"

"NOT LONG. STOP FUCKING ASSUMING THINGS."

"LOOK I KNOW THAT THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR A LONG TIME. BECAUSE WHEN WE FIRST MET, WE WERE WATCHING SOME ROMANTIC MOVIE AND THE BOYFRIEND GAVE HID GIRLFRIEND A PROMISE RING AND YOU WERE LIKE 'I DON'T BELIEVE IN PROMISE RING, IT'S EITHER AN ENGAGEMENT RING OR NOT'. LIKE WHAT THE FUCK HAYES."

Everyone was standing there shocked. "Look, if you like someone else more then me, you could of told me, I would of understanded. Yes, I would have been heart broken, but understanding." He just shook his head. "DON'T ACT ALL INNOCENT WITH ME ALLI. I KNOW WHAT YOU'VE BEEN DOING BEHIND MY BACK."

"WHAT'S THAT HAYES?" I have tears pouring down my cheeks. "I KNOW YOU'VE BEEN GOING BEHIND MY BACK WITH AARON."

"HAYES, NOTHING HAPPENING BETWEEN ME AND AARON."

"SURE."

"HAYES, NOTHING HAS HAPPENED OR IS HAPPENING BETWEEN ALLI AND I."

"AARON STAY OUT OF THIS."

"HAYES YOU'RE THE ONE WHO BROUGHT HIM INTO THIS."

"LOOK AARON I'VE SEEN THE WAY YOU LOOK AT ALLI. THE WAY THAT SHE SMILES WHEN YOU SAY SOMETHING TO HER."

"HAYES, NOTHING IS FUCKING HAPPENING WITH ALLI AND I." And that is when Hayes lost it. He through a punch at Aaron and got him in the jaw. Everyone was trying to stop then but they wouldn't listen. Hayes ended up pinning Aaron down and just punching him over and over. I couldn't handle it anymore; I ran over to Hayes I pushed him off of Aaron. Hayes stood up and I felt something connect with my cheek. Then I was pushed over.

"BENJAMIN HAYES GRIER. GET OUT OF THIS HOUSE RIGHT NOW." I was sitting on the floor with my eyes screwed shut, holding onto my cheek. "Alli come on." I opened my eyes to see Viky, Sophie and Bess squatting in front of me. I nodded and stood up. We walked into the downstairs bathroom and I sat down on the counter. Viky left with Bess, but they came back with an ice pack and Nash's phone. "You okay?" I shook my head, and felt my eyes become glassy. Someone's phone rang. "Sorry, but I have to go and visit my family. Alli I hope you feel better." I opened my eye's and saw Sophie giving me a sad smile. I hopped off the counter and gave her a hug. "Thanks Soph, have a good day."

"Soph what time is it?"

"12 why?"

"Well shit I have to go. Bye Alli." I gave Bess a hug then hopped back onto the counter. "Viky?" She looked from Nash's phone, to me. "Where's Hayes going?" She shrugged. "Look, I don't think that you should care. He hit you Alli. That's not cool." I nodded and Viky passed me a piece of paper and a pen. "Write your name and give it back to me." I did what she said and wrote my name. I gave it back to her and she put on the edge of the basin. Se slid the promise ring off my hand after nodding in approval. She then left the bathroom. She came back with Nash. "Alli, you need to keep the ice on it." I nodded and put the ice onto my cheek. "How's Aaron?"

"All he has is a busted lip, bruised jaw and is going to get a black eye."

I nodded and hopped off the counter. I walked out of the bathroom and saw Aaron leaning up against the name wall. "Aaron you okay?" Everyone looked at me. He nodded and opened his arms. I sat down next to him and he put his arms around my shoulder and I rested my head on the same shoulder. I shut my eyes, as Aaron whispered something in my ear. But I didn't get it because I was falling asleep.
