"Ross, hurry up, we need to go!" I stood at the bottom of the stairs yelling up. Hayes came walking down the stairs one twin one twin on each hip. "Did you see Ross up there?" He shook his head and walked out of the door to put the twins in the car. "ROSS BAILEY GRIER, YOU HAVE 3 SECONDS TO WALK DOWN THESE STAIRS BEFORE I CONVERSCATE YOUR PHONE." He very quickly emerged at the top of the stairs. "Mum, I don't want to go, I feel fine."

"Yep and you feel fine everyday, doesn't mean that you don't have cancer anymore. Now get out that door and into the car." I kicked his bottom as he walked past. I grabbed my stuff and walked out the door, locking it behind me. I got into the car and looked at Hayes. "All good?" He nodded and started driving.

"Ross Grier?" Hayes stood up and looked at me. "I'll be there in a minute, Blake's just walking in now." They walked down the hall and I stood up as Blake walked in. "Thank you for watching them again."

"All good. Just pick them up when you're ready." I nodded and gave the twins a kiss. "Be good." They both nodded and grabbed Blake's hand. I ran down the hallway and into the room. "Sorry." I sat down on the other side of Hayes. "Okay, if you just would like to put your hand on here and we'll start the tests."

We were sitting in the little room waiting for the results to come back. Ross was sitting on the bed thing, playing with his hands. Hayes was pacing around the room and I was sitting down on one of the chairs. "Okay so..." I sprung up and went to stand next to Ross. "Okay, we have some bad news and some good news. What would you like to hear first?"

"Bad news."

"Well the bad news is, is that I wont be seeing you for awhile." I looked at the doctor. "What?"

"The good news is, that Ross here, is completely cancer free." I gasped and threw my arms around Ross. "Ross." I pulled away and looked at the doctor. "Thank you so much."

"So here is al the stuff that you need. And I will be seeing you in about 8 months just for a check-up. You can leave when you're ready." The doctor left the room, shutting the door behind him. "Your free." I wiped a tear from my eyes when I saw Hayes giving Ross a hug. "I'm all good, see I told you mum." I smiled and gave him a hug. "Should we go on a trip and tell everyone?" I nodded as well as Ross and we walked out of the hospital with big smiles on our faces.

"Hello?" I pushed the door to Blake's house open. "In the lounge room." We walked into the house and into the lounge room, where the twins were sitting on Blake's back. Once they saw us they ran over. Blake got up and walked over to Ross. "How'd it go bud?"

"Well." He looked at me and I nodded. "I'm free." Blake's face went from worried to happy straight away. "THAT'S AWESOME." He gave Ross a huge hug before giving one to Hayes and me. "Does anyone else know yet?"

"Not yet."

"GO. Go and tell them." He pushed us out of the house. "Congratulations." Then he shut the door on of faces.

"Okay, we're done." Ross fell backwards on the couch and shut his eyes. "You okay?" He nodded and opened his eyes again. "Yeah, I'm fine." He took his phone out of his pocket and started typing. I smiled and walked into the kitchen. I looked in the cupboard for something to eat but there was nothing. I walked back into the lounge room to see Ross walking up the stairs. "Mum?"

"Mmmm."

"Can I go to the beach with Jai?" I nodded and he smiled before running back up the stairs. I looked at the twins who were sitting on the floor drawing before walking up the stairs. "Hayes?"
