Hello! You guys are so amazing! I've reached 1K reads on this, and that means a lot to me. Thank you all for reading, and I'm sorry it has been like a week since I updated, but I'm back from New York so it's time to get back to work I suppose! So here it is, Chapter 11 :)

Ali’s POV

*one week later*

I was sat in sweat pants and a tee shirt in Ryan’s living room watching Game of Thrones. I told Ryan I didn’t feel comfortable going to the awards show, so he stayed at home with me until this morning. He had left pretty early and seemed quite nervous before he left but he reassured me that everything was fine.

So here I was, waiting until the awards show and everything started. I had decided to have a Game of Thrones marathon today, and I was actually enjoying it quite a bit. When the time came, I changed the channel to watch the guys arriving at the awards along with other celebrities.

When they appeared on my screen, my mouth dropped open in shock. There stood Ben and Tricia, and Ryan and Jackie. She had gone, after saying she wouldn’t, she still went. Ryan had his arm around her, but he almost looked uncomfortable.

I watched the entire awards show and even clapped when the guys won an award. When it was over, I was going to head to sleep, but my phone started to ring. I looked at it to find it was Ryan, but decided to ignore it. He hadn’t told me Jackie was going, and that made me a bit mad. Maybe out of jealousy.

I turned my phone on silent and walked to the bedroom, climbing into the bed once I got there. I put my phone on the charger that sat on the bedside table before checking it once again. I now had 5 missed calls from Ryan, 2 from Ben, and 3 new text messages from Ryan.

I let out a sigh as I ignored them again and relaxed, cuddling into Ryan’s blankets.  I sat there thinking for about half an hour. Thinking about how Ryan had been the most amazing friend the past week, but the last couple days there had obviously been something wrong. He wasn’t acting himself, trying to avoid being around me or cuddling at night.

I decided I should at least answer Ben so he wouldn’t worry. I picked up my phone and dialed his number, waiting three rings before he picked up.

“Alison! Are you alright? Ryan and I have tried calling you like twenty times!” He yelled into the phone quickly.

“Ben stop shouting, I’m fine.” I said.

“Why weren’t you answering our calls?” Ben asked.

“When did she decide she was going to go?” I asked bluntly.

“What?” Ben asked.

“Jackie, when did she say she would go?” I asked again.

“Three days ago.” Ben answered.

“That’s why he was acting weird.” I said to myself, not thinking Ben could hear me.

“What do you mean? How was he acting weird?” Ben asked.

“Distant I guess.” I mumbled.

“You two can talk about it tomorrow when we get home, okay?” He asked.

“Is there anything going on between the two of them?” I asked.

“No. She still can’t stand him. She just came because Tricia asked her to.” Ben said.

“Oh, okay. Well I’m going to go to bed, I’ll see you tomorrow right?” I asked.

“Yeah, I’ll stop by. You’re still at Ryan’s I take it?” He asked.
