Pulling Ms. Kindi, Kira, and Kade into the hospital, I pushed the doors open. Luna Michelle was sitting on the recovery room settee. Ms. Kindi ran over to her daughter and took her in her arms. Luna Michelle turned to me and smiled. Ms. Kindi helped her daughter stand. I looked down at the Luna's stomach; she was pregnant. Ms. Kindi came over to me and apologised. Luna Michelle smiled again, and asked me how I was. Then they both sat down in front of me.
Kade walked over and we began talking about me going his pack. We were to leave in a few days. Kira walked around the four of us, and ran to a man. I could not help but smile. I grabbed Kade's hand. He smiled at me and led me to the door. We walked into the road.
Taking my hand in his, Kade leaned in and kissed my nose. Blushing, I leaned my head against his chest. Giving me a quick peck on the lips, he then took off running down the road. Laughing, I tried with all my might to keep up with him.
Once we reached the pack house, it was dark out. Pushing open the door; Kade became rigid. Looking further into the room, I understood why. The Alpha was holding a young girl by her throat and papers in the other. Her face was deep purple and the veins in her face were evident. Luna Michelle ran into the room. Removing the Alpha's grip after much strain, she sat him on the settee.
"What the hell was that," Luna Michelle demanded.
"This young wolf has been causing trouble in training, and I was taking care of the issue," was all he said.
The girl was sent out of the room and told to go to the pack doctor.The Alpha set the papers down on the coffee table. Luna Michelle motioned for Kade and I to enter the room. Both of us signed, and Kade put his pack stamp next to his pack's name. Once all the paperwork had been completed, I went to get my bags. Kira met me in my room. Her eyes were swimming with tears. Sher helped me carry my bags to the car.
Lira and I carried everything into the car. then I climbed in. Kade took my hand. While Kade was starting the car, I waved good-bye to my best friend. I turned away from my window, as we drove down the street.
