Our honeymoon was amazing. We went on walks, and Kade made the most incredible meals. I baked cakes, and together we trained. Never had I been so happy, or so tired. I fell in love a little more every second; and it was the best feeling in the world.

"So, we have been here for a week, and we leave tomorrow, do you want to stargaze one last time," asked Kade with hopeful eyes.

I laughed.

"I would love to, on one condition, I get to eat."

Now, it was his turn to laugh. He agreed, and began to prepare supper. I headed outside, and looked over at the sun; its raze sort of reminded me of Cali's hair. I thought of my friend, and remembered how she is now a mom. I laughed to myself, then continue to prep our bags for departure.

It was beautiful. The sky was alive and full of mystery. It had been quite a while since I had consciously looked at the sky, and thought it was amazing.

"Are you ready for all of this to end," asked Kade, as he looked at me with love.

"I suppose, only, I will miss the stars."

We laughed, and stood up. We went to bed early that night. When we woke up the next morning, I felt a sense of relief. And yet, also, a hazy sense of fear. I did not know what was ahead of me, but I did know that there were people who loved me. That was good enough for me right now.
