The drive was apparently long. It supposedly took five hours to get there, and after about two hours, I fell asleep. After what seemed like ten minutes, Kade gently picked me up on his back and carried my stuff into a room. When I woke up, everything smelled of him. When I turned my head to the right, I saw Kade's eyes staring back at me. He was not wearing a shirt. Goddess help me. I ran my hands through his hair; he grabbed my wrists and placed them on his shoulders.
He pressed his lips to mine, then moved to the mark on my neck. He kissed it, and placed his lips over mine once more.
"If you keep going on like this, you may not like the end result," he said as he smiled on my lips.
I felt a tug at my heart. I swung my legs over the bed, then stood. Kade grabbed my hand, and showed me into the closet. My clothes had been hung on the racks and folded ever so neatly. I took a pair of jeans, and a t-shirt, then asked where the bathroom was. Kade shook his head, and opened the door for me. Once I had finished, I sat on the bed. Then demanded that Kade put a shirt on. He chuckled and obliged. We then walked into the hallway.
Guiding me downstairs, Kade introduced me to the beta's mate, Cali. She smiled and greeted me.
"It is a pleasure meeting you Luna," Cali stated softly.
"Please, it is Zoe," I happily replied.
"We shall be great friends. I have been instructed to take you to buy new clothing," Cali answered with a bold smile.
I laughed.
Cali took my hand and dragged me out the door. Pulling out a set of keys, she motioned for me to get into the car; And off we went.
