Trust was the foundation of any relationship.

Trust was so fragile that its existence should be carefully preserved. Like, for instance, trust was like a plate. Once broken, cannot be fixed to its original form. Trusting a person could one of a huge jump or a huge fall. You either get love or get hurt from it.

People always found love to be an independent and isolated realm but love cannot be given its full meaning without trust. Truth be told, love could only be a passionate feeling of lust without it.

There was another thing about trust; it can only be earned. It has the capability to make you feel content and satiated.

And that was all I could feel after we unshielded our feelings last night. I felt full and complete. I felt like the happiest person in the entire globe. I felt hopeful that all will end well.

Flynn and I did not share any words after his confession. We held each other's hand and kept smiling like pubescent teenagers. But our silence was nothing associated with awkwardness. If anything, we did not need words to communicate or reciprocate love. Just a glance at each other gave me the assurance.

The narrow stretch of the road lay in front of us with snow capped mountains and an exquisite scene of all the greenery surrounding the heights. An array of little hill top homes did not escape my sight and there was a swarm of dense fog painting the picture stimulating us to capture it with a snap.

I leaned my head out of the window reveling in the cool breeze kissing my pale skin and sending my hair flying across all direction. My eyes fluttered closed on their own accord.

I heard Flynn chuckling in the background and also a sound of the camera flash.

I turned away from the window staring at him. "You took my picture!" I giggled taking the phone away from his hands. "And you're driving, Flynn!"

"I can do a lot of things whilst driving." He said suggestively.

"TMI." I wrinkled my nose feigning disgust. He laughed at my discomfort. What an A-hole.

A huge sign flashed which had the words: Welcome to Palmer, Alaska. We were finally here. We were finally going to find Genie.

Palmer was a nice little neighborhood epitomizing the picturesqueness of Alaska. It was undoubtedly, one of the most beautiful places I had ever been to with all its winter glory.

A few shops appeared in our sight and I realized that it must have been the main town here. The snow still continued with me clutching my exposed palms under my sleeves trying to catch some warmth.

It had taken us three days to reach here and I cannot deny how much I had enjoyed the journey. Maybe it all lied in the fact that this trip had forever changed our lives for the better. Flynn and I had become close, and only if we could find Genie...

"We are in the eastern part of Palmer according to my phone but damn, where the hell is that warehouse?" Flynn tapped on his steering wheel in impatience.

"Maybe we could ask somebody for the exact location." I offered smoothing my bird's nest of a red hair.

He nodded as we both hopped off the car and walked down the narrow sidewalk. It was a tad dingy with dim streetlights illuminating the city through the snow. As expected, there weren't much people around. The fact was understandable as Alaska wasn't a great place for settlement.
