I see why she calls me un-social. I am a total anti-social sloth. I stick behind Izzy at all times as she talks to all these people she apparently just knows. Saying things like, "haha! omg! that's so funny!" or... "I can not BELIEVE you just said that!" yeah, she was kicking her flirt into gear when it came to guys. She wasn't half bad. I'm not half bad either, but I have to know the guy a little better and be willing to be social. I can be social when I want to, but most of the time I'm a sloth.
After Izzy walked away from the guy she was currently flirting with, we went and got punch. Or alcohol. Or both. Not really sure what was in that drink.
"Can you at least TRY and be happy? You don't have to talk to people, but just smile or laugh occasionally. Quit being a buzz kill." She told me, acting annoyed.
"I'm sorry!" I looked at her with a puppy dog face. "Do you want me to kick it into social mode? Cause I can."
"Please, and thank you. We're gonna go talk to Kian and his friends next." She guided me to where a group of guys were standing and talking. Somewhat loudly, I might add.
"Hey Kian!" Isabelle said all girly like, (flirt mode, yet again) playfully pulling the hat off his head and putting it on hers.
"Hey, babe! You made it!" Kian said all happily. "And it looks better on you, than me." He winked at her.
"This is my friend, Hayden." She held out her hand towards me. "Maybe you could introduce her to one of your friends. She needs some company." She put her hand on Kian's shoulder and squeezed it. He seemed to enjoy it. And nodded agree-ingly.
"Sure! This is Connor!" He yet again, happily announced. He's just a naturally excited person. Or, there's something in his punch. Hmm.
"Oh, thank you!" Connor said as he took the punch from my hand and took a drink, claiming it as his. He didn't say it as happily as Kian did though. Sort of a jerk move.
"Sorry, he's in a bit of a crappy mood." Kian apologized on his friends behalf. "He just broke up with his girlfriend the other day, and he's in his 'angry bitch stage.'" Kian whispered to both of us.
"Oh, it's okay!" I was ready to give this kid the same treatment he was giving the rest of us. I stepped forward and towards him. "Wait. OMG ARE YOU CONNOR FRANTA! I can't believe this!" I said in my best annoying fangirl voice, jumping up and down. I could see a part of his annoyance, but he kept character as well.
(I could hear Izzy laughing behind me.)
"Why yes, I am. What can I do for you, babe?" He slyly asked me.
"OMFG! I wanna rape you! Can I have your babies?!?!!" I excitedly asked, once again. (Sarcasm, people. Sarcasm. Somewhat rude sarcasm too, because I didn't exactly like this kid.)
"Sorry, I don't sleep with people who make fun of my subscribers." He rudely told me, not losing eye contact. A round of "OH'S" escaped from the group slowly crowding around us. I guess we were the entertainment for the moment. Whatever, I'm willing to step up my game.
"Oh, but you do sleep with people?" I went back to my normal voice, implying he was, well, a guy whore. Sleeping with people you're not married too. Ya dah ya dah ya dah.
"Are you calling me a slut?" He stepped closer, looking down at me, hands in his pockets, with a somewhat angry somewhat smirking look on his face. I stood with my arms crossed, holding my ground.
"You did that yourself, 'babe.'" I said, enphasing the word 'babe.' The smug look on his face dropped, and his eyes filled with annoyance as the crowd errupted in another round of "OH's". He was mad and didn't have a good come back, so he just turned around and walked towards a different group of people.
I guess I won that battle.
~Author's note: I'm sorry for the short chapter, yet again! But hey, Connor's here! Please enjoy! I'll get a longer chapter out soon!~
