A/N: For all of you that asked, here's an update. Bare with me... It is short but whatever. This is just a little something to get you through until the next BIG update. It's gonna be amazing. I'll probably update around 3,500-4,000 reads. Just stick around.

*Connor's P.O.V.*

I noticed Hayden standing in front of the order counter at Starbucks and decided to scare her. I doubt it would work, but might as well try. I swiftly strolled over to her, wrapping my arms around her waist from behind, and knuzzled my head into her neck. I felt her shake her head.

"Again, just cause we're together, doesn't mean we have to be that cheesy." She pretended to gag, and I just laughed.

"Again, I want to." I lifted my head up and kissed her cheek, grinning. She just shook her head again, and kept a straight face. "What's the matter, baby?"

"Shut up." She pushed me away from her. She really wasn't into pet names or touching, so I could tell this was driving her crazy. "The fact you made me get up at six in the morning to meet you at Starbucks at six thirty is what's the matter." She stuck her tongue out at me.

"I figured you'd want to spend quiet quality time together." I smiled. She rolled her eyes.

"I was just with you three days ago, and I practically spent the night." It was true. She didn't want to stay over though, so she went home around five in the morning. We had somewhat pulled an all nighter.

"But girlfriends and boyfriends spend like every day together." I pushed her aside as I paid for the coffee she had just ordered. She huffed and put her hands on her hips.

"I was gonna pay for it!" She made a pouty face and I chuckled.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Don't start this again." I grabbed her coffee by the lid and went over to the creamer, sugar, and straw station Starbucks has. I'm not sure if it has an actual name or what.

"Seriously though. I'm not helpless. You don't have to pay for everything." She trudged up behind me, peering over my side trying to see what I was putting in her drink.

"And how many times do I have to say that I want to? Hmmm?" I asked her. I poured half and half, a sugar packet, some hazelnut powder, and stirred it all together.

"Zero. Cause I won't listen anyway." She mumbled to herself. I turned around to face her, she had an annoyed look on her face. I poked her nose and she rolled her eyes.

"Here ya go." I placed the cup in her hand and she took a sip, narrowing her eyes at me. Her mouth twitched into a smile.

"What did you put in this? It's delicious!" She kind of loudly questioned me. I just chuckled and took her free hand in mind, leading her outside. "Weren't you gonna get something?"

"I already did." I told her.

"When?" I had gotten there a while before her, and sat and drank my coffee alone. I just wanted to be with my thoughts. But the thing was, all I thought about was her.

"Earlier." I turned my heads towards her. We were just walking along the sidewalk in the direction of her house. She only lives about one and a half miles away. She frowned at me momentarily.

"I would have gotten up earlier to have coffee with you." She explained to me.

"Oh, no. It's fine. I actually wanted to be alone... to think." I abruptly let out. She smiled at me with curious eyes.

"Ooh. About what?" She excitedly asked me, as if whatever I was thinking about meant the world to her.

"A lot of things." I faced forward, not wanting to meet her eye contact. It'd be a dead give away.

"Like what?" She tugged on my arm, squeezing my hand at the same time.

"You, mostly." I could feel the redness rising in my cheeks. She giggled.

"Why would you want to think about this?" She gestured to herself, moving her arm up and down.

"Probably because you're the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen, and I wondered why you would settle for something like this." I gestured to myself, mimmicking her movements before. She rolled her eyes and pushed me, letting go of my hand.

"You're so full of crap." She continued to walk forward. I attempted to grab her hand again, but she kept it closed.

"I'm not though!" I said in a funny voice. I thought I saw a smile flash onto her face, but as soon as it came, it went.

"You are though." She annoyedly told me. I just don't see how she doesn't get it.

"Well, I've concluded that you're blind." I seriously stated, and crossed my arms. She looked at me with the most confused expression I've ever seen.

"Yeah sure, I'm the one who's blind." She sarcastically retorted.

"Yes, you are. Cause if you can't see how truly beautiful you are, then there's got to be something wrong with your sight."

~Author's note: I know... i know.. It's short. but whenever I write from Connor's perspective I just can't stay in character! It doesn't even sound like him...! So, it's brief. But i thought it was sweet. Thanks for reading. Stay awkward.~
