"Look, you can't just up and come leave me like that!," I shout after him, running up to his steady walking pace, "I didn't kiss him, Oliver!"

"Well, I may not have gotten an A in biology but I know how kissing works, and that's exactly what it looked like," he huffed, spinning around to face me.

"Oliver, I didn't kiss back," I explain, panting from running after him, "I love you too much to do that to you."

"Well, I thought you were cheating on me," he shakes his head, "Especially, lately, we've been having so many arguments and difficulties in our relationship."

"Look," I take his hand in mine, "if we didn't have bumps then I'd be worried because it's natural in normal relationships."

He pulls his hands away, "It's not very nice walking in on your girlfriend kissing another man."

"For the last time: I didn't kiss him!," I exclaim.

"Whatever it may be, we need to concentrate on getting out of here and then we can talk about us," he replies before spinning back around and walking away, leaving me standing in the hallway alone.

*~*~*~*~*~*~*

I step out on the sandy plains of Nanda Parbat, right outside the fortress. My goal right now was to find Damien and also to get some fresh, sandy, air. It was hot today, hotter than most, but I guess that's what you get for living in a saharan environment.

The tombs of sand were about as tall as two men stood upon each other's shoulders. I swear, if I stood right by them, I could be engulfed under brown dust, suffocated.

"Sam," I heard a whisper next to me and I turn to see Damien Dahrk himself.

"Dad," I exhale, engulfing him in a hug, "Are you ready?"

He hums a reply, taking a few steps back. In order for Ra's to believe that I had captured Damien was if there was sign of restraint in him, which was going to be shown by a bruise around his eye that was going to be given to him by me soon.

"Do it," he mutters, holding his hands behind his back, awaiting his punch.

I nod, balling my fists up. I retract my right arm and with all my might, I swing at the side of his face, leaving a bright red mark. He stumbled back from the collision before regaining his balance and cupping his eye.

"Ra's will be expecting me back by now, so we have to go," I cuff his wrists behind his back, guiding him back in.

"How have you been?," he whispers as we got in.

"About that," I trail off, "I'm pregnant."

"You're what?!," he exclaims in a whispered tone, keeping his volume down.

"Dad, calm down," I huff, "It's definitely Oliver's."

"What did he say?," he asks, getting more concerned than usual.

"I haven't told him," I mumble under my breath.

"What?," he widens his eyes, "Honey, he has the right to know."

"I'll tell him when we're out of this," I shush him, wanting to really just get this over with. We walk into Ra's' throne room.

As soon as he notices Damien, he rises, getting evidently frustrated. At this point, I assume everyone is in position.

"Al-Sahira," Ra's commands me to approach him, "I always knew you were special, since the day I brought you here. It must be hard having to hand over your father to another man for death."
