-Ghhhhhhhhhh.....!!!! Mooooooooove!!!! I curse against my right leg.

It is heavy. I got it for a week now, and it's still hard to walk.

-Don't force yourself! Winry tells me giving me my beguile, Ed took six months for his two automails!

I nod, taking the beguile, and try to walk downstairs, leaning on both the wall and the wooden stick, an alchemy book held on the head to carry it. At each step, I feel it move dangerously, nearly falling. Suddenly, it's removed and I turn my head to see Edward behind me.

-Oh! I remember this alchemy book! he tells me looking at it.

I raise an eyebrow at him.

-And?

-You're interested in alchemy? Oh, of course because you were "one of our biggest fans"!

-What do you want to say, Edward? I don't understand if you don't tell me clearly!

He smirked, playing with book, turning the pages.

-Maybe you wanna learn alchemy?

-Well, it seems I try at least...

-Maybe are you interested in... A master?

I miss my step and fall all the way of the stairs, landing hardly on my belly. My beguile falls on my head and lands next to me. I take it and try to stand up, rubbing my head.

-A master? In alchemy?

-No, for you to be my maid.... he sighs, of course alchemy idiot!!

I blink and soon enough, a wrench ends in his face.

-Hey! What's that Ed?! Asking a young girl to be your maid?! Winry yells, coming toward us.

-Noooooo!! You mistook it!! I was asking her she wanted me to teach her alchemy!!

Winry facepalms and hits him again before taking my hand.

-No! Of course she doesn't want! She'd rather learn how to make good automails with me!

I sweatdrop and laugh nervously.

-We-weeeell...

Suddenly, Alphonse comes and picks me up on his iron shoulders.

-No. She wanna learn how to take care of kittens, he declares seriously.

***

-So you have to learn the signs here and there, because a circle must always be perfect and....

I listen to Edward, looking at the signs and circles he points me with his finger. Oh, wait, did I forget to mention it? Edward-sensei, because of course, I chose alchemy. Automails are amazing and kittens... Too, I guess, but alchemy is really something else. I chuckle a little, mentally, as I remember myself, clapping my hands and slamming them on the floor, in my bedroom in the "real world". And it never worked! Of course.... Edward-sensei hits me with a book.

-Are you listening Jane??

-Yeah, why?

-What did I say?

-Um... That it was a circle to create a good connection with alchemy?

-You didn't seem to listen thou....

I smile innocently as he continues explaining.

-But no alchemy without practice! he declares after a little, you have to train if you want to get better!
