Chapter 9

*Your POV*

I feel uncomfortable as I look at the dress Kristie handed me. "Hey Kristie can you come and help me? I don't know how to put this....  thing on." (Picture of the dress up top.) I hear her giggle and then knock on the door, I walk over and unlock it and let her in. "Thanks Kristie. I still want to know what kind of prank we are pulling on the boys though." She smiles "It's honestly only on Avi now we needed Kevin's help.  If I am correct you have a certain crush on Avi.  Am I correct.?"  She asks while zipping up the dress.  I blush deeply "Who told you?"  "Oh you did dear, we all see it except Avi of course. Oh and one more thing can you sing??"

*Avis POV*

I motion to Kevin to come with  me and we sneak out. We head to the tour bus and I call Esther to see if I can barrow the van. "Oh dear sister of  mine can I borrow the Crew van?"  "Avi I know that tone, why do you want the van?" "Fine I need it to go to Starbucks and the mall." I say in a defeated tone.  "The mall what do you need to go to the mall for??" " Really what do I always go for?" I ask as if it was obvious. " Fine Avi you can barrow the van."  "Good because we are already halfway to the mall." I say with a smirk even though she can't see it.   "AVRIEL BENJAMIN KAPLAN YOU ARE IN SO MUCH TROUBLE WHEN YOU GET BACK!!!!!!!"  I hold the phone away from my ear as she continues to yell and I can still hear her crystal clear. " OK Esther whatever you say." I say cutting her off.  She just huffs and hangs up. Me and Kevin arrive at the mall 10 minutes later and go to my favorite shop dragging Kevin behind me.

*Your POV*

I freeze at her question.  "a-a little. W-why d-do you ask?" I hear her chuckle\giggle.  " Oh I have to tell Scott and you are gonna sing when do you sing usually?"  "Ummm, Can F\N come here please?" "Sure one second.  MITCH SCOTT BRING F\N IN HERE!!!!"  She shouts and I hear footsteps running towards our room.  I Hear F\N slam open the door and run straight to the bathroom welding her hidden knife, poised ready to stab someone. "F\N put the knife away I'm Fine." I say and she just looks embarrassed then puts her knife away and asks " Do you have yours?" "Of course I do. I never go anywhere without it and when do I usually start to sing?" she smirks and puts on Pentatonix and starts to sing along. I instantly start to smile and sing along to.  Completely forgetting that Scott, Mitch, and Kristie where all in the room.  "Girls as beautiful as you singing is," Kristie begins "Why do you always carry knives with you?"  We stop singing and freeze. " Its a long story but we have a special permit to carry any weapon we feel the need to ." I explain slowly.  "Oh but your going to explain to me later ok?" Kristie , Scott, and Mitch say all at the same time. "OK anyway why did you need to know if I sing?"  "Its so gonna be a part of the prank." Scott says. F\N looks at me and smirks. "you look beautiful Y\N, But have you figured out the prank yet?" F\N asks.  "No noone will tell me."  F\N looks at me with her Think About it look.  Then I look surprised. "we are just trying to find out if he likes you if he turns red and walks back out we will know if not then well sorry dear." Kristie explains. Scotts Phone beeps.  

*Text conversation S=Scott K = Kevin.*

K: We are heading back now.

S: OK where did you guys go?

K: Dragons-R-US (MADE UP STORE!!)

S: Again? how much dragon stuff does that guy need?

K: a lot apparently also bring back Starbucks for everyone.

S: how did you know what the girls liked?

K: Avi knew

S: Ok then just come to Krisites dressing room when you are here.

K: OK.

*End of conversion*

"They are on there way back and got Starbucks" Scott says smiling.  "I also told them just to come here instead. So you might want to clean up the clothes."  "Scott?" I ask. "Yes?" "What's the plan?" He smirks. "You start to sing right now and when we hear a knock Kristie is going to open the door The Queen and me are going to be talking to  F\N and you will be singing to yourself and  when they enter you will stop singing and look up and just look surprised. Ok?" Scott says. "OK but can I talk to F\N for a minute?" "Of course." "thanks"  I pull F\N into the bathroom. "How are you holding up being this close to Scott?" I ask "OK I kinda Have a crush on Kevin now Scott's not really my type hes more Mitches type."  I smile "OK then lets get you into a dress to surprise Kevin." "KRISTIE WE NEED A DRESS FOR F\N!!!!!!" I shout and Kristie throws a dress in with me and F\N. "Put it on now and look fabulous." I say and she blushes but comply's.  She looks beautiful.  We come out and go to our places and I start to sing softly and F\N beat boxes with me we smile and get more confident and sing and beat box louder.  We hear Esther start to yell. 'They must be back' I think as I continue to sing. The door handle begins to turn and the door slightly starts to open.  In steps....
