Super simple; literally, a toddler could do this.
i. Open the image above as the background with 2:3 crop size. Open your PNG as the foreground.
ii. Move the image where you want it to be in the circle using the transform tab then mask around the edges of it very smoothly. I recommend to zoom in so you can see exactly where the white line of the circle is and make sure to make smooth brush strokes. Merge and save.
iii. Open in Phonto and add your title and other stuffs. Done.
Literally like a 3 step process. You can do this with a lot of other designs, not just this one above that I had stolen from @texturous once again on instagram. If you don't have instagram by this point then I for real recommend you to get that stuff.
