i'm sure you guys recognize this effect if you watch Teen Wolf, and if you don't, it's the one for the 3b posters, Lose Your Mind. This was requested for a cover by the title of Collide by @stilers (which looks awesome btw) so here's my shot at it!
Superimpose
i. Open a white 2:3 background and your image as the foreground. Place the image on the cover and then merge it. (I recommend to find an image of the person looking to the side or the front for the best effect)
ii. Save what you have now and then open exactly what you have now as the foreground again (it should be the same exact photos on both layers). Go to mask and use the tool below in the photo to cut diagonally where you want. (press and hold to place dots and then double click to make changes)

iii. After you do this, take you finger and barely slide it downwards/upwards to where it looks "broken". When you have it where you like it, Merge it.
iv. Open the line image below as the foreground and move it to where it's over the part where you sliced. (If you want it white, use the magic brush to erase all of the white area, turn the contrast all of the way down, and then turn the colors all the way up). Merge.

I'm not 100% sure how to do this on Pics Art, only because I feel like it would be hard to use the line image above (erasing it and all) and you can't slice it like you can in Superimpose. I'm pretty sure it's impossible to do it on there, but if you find a way let people know in the comments here!
I was planning on posting more tutorials tonight, but we'll see. My friends want to Skype so we'll see how long that lasts, haha. Happy editing!
