self promotion: that book cover above is for my story titled Afterlife, so yeah, it'd mean a whole bunches if you went and checked that out (:
Superimpose + Pics Art
i. Open a white background and your PNG as the foreground. Place and merge the PNG three times (you might need to do some erasing and such) to get something like the first panel in the photos below. Save and open in Pics Art.
ii. Select FX on the bottom and then go to blur. Scroll over until you find motion blur and then click on the gear right above it to adjust a few things. I included a photo of the settings I used, but feel free to use your own.
iii. Use the brush at the top to erase the middle person to make it look like the example cover. When you're done, select the checkmark and then save the image. Open back in Superimpose or you can do the rest of this in Pics Art as well.

iv. If you'd like the textured image I used, it is here below this. Just make it as the foreground and put it on darken or another overlay mode and erase areas you don't want the texture over. Save and then add yo title.

tbh this is the first cover for Afterlife I'm decently satisfied with, lol
