Superimpose
i. Open a white background and a PNG as your foreground. Turn the contrast all of the way down on the filter tab and turn the colors all of the way to where it's black. Save as PNG.

ii. Open colored background and light leak photo in the add ons. Put it on screen or another overlay mode that looks best to you and play around with it. Merge when done.
iii. Open your PNG as the foreground and merge in the area that you want. Open the dripping image or the scratchy image (or something else of your choice) as the foreground and place it over the face. Put it on exclusion or another overlay mode that looks best to you. Use the magic brush to erase the white and the hue tab/colors to change the color as desired. Merge.

iv. For the background image, open the add on image as the foreground and put it on an overlay mode that looks best to you. You might have to erase a few areas, but do that as desired and then merge and save.

Interesting fact: this is actually Dylan O'Brien, haha. This was requested to look similar to Halsey's cover below, and I kinda got a little side-tracked with the background image I added in, lmao. I thought it looked pretty cool.
