so this is a lot similar to the paint dripping effect, only this one is a different template of course. same process, so if you know how to do that one with ease, then this will be like putting icing on a cake for you.
Superimpose
i. Open a white background and your PNG as the foreground. Merge the PNG onto the white background and then open the image below as the foreground.
ii. Go to the transform tab and put the image on screen. This makes the black part of the image go away, so all you have to do now is move the image to where it looks good on your person and then merge and save. Add your colored background if desired and then add your title!
Pics Art
i. Open a white image and then go to add image. Add you PNG and then press the checkmark. Go to add image again and select the template image above.
ii. Go to the drop down menu and select screen as well. Move the image to where you want it to be and then press the check mark. Add a colored background as desired and then save and add your title!
