This one is one of those types of covers you kind of just have to experiment around with; so please just be aware of that.
Also, I've said this a million times before, but PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE TUTORIAL BEFORE ASKING ME FONTS ECT. It's starting to make me frustrated when people (not you guys who actually ask when I do forget to type it) ask when it's literally in the third sentence in the chapter. Please, be a good person and read this before demanding things like that. I'm so close to exploding it's unreal.
Okay, well now for the tutorial, lol.
Superimpose
i. Open a colored image of your choice as the background and another color of your choice as the foreground. Make it look slanted as pictured below and then merge.
ii. Open your PNG as the foreground and turn the contrast all of the way down and the colors all of the way up to make it white, which I've already taught you before. Merge when you place it as desired. After you do this, upload the same PNG as the foreground and place as desired. Merge again.
iii. Open the image below as the foreground. Now here comes the experimenting.
iv. Try out different overlay modes under the transform tab. Some that I thought looked decent were screen, overlay, and color burn. You might have to use the magic brush to brush erase the middle pattern part, or to erase around the person's face, which is what I did in the example. Feel free to mess with the hue/opacity and other goodies as well before getting what you want. Merge and then save.
v. Upload in Phonto and add your title. I used Chasing Embers as the font. Boom, you're done.
Pics Art
i. Open your first image and then go to add photo. Select your colored image and make it slanted on the image. Press the checkmark.
ii. Go to add image and then add your PNG (follow step ii up above to get the shadow. I'm still a little unsure how to do this, but you can do this same thing without the shadow effect). Press the checkmark when done.
iii. Go to add image yet again and add the template overlay thing and put it on an overlay mode that looks best to you. You might have to erase around the person so that it doesn't drown them out. Press the checkmark and then save.
I personally think that this would be hard to do on Pics Art, but that might just be me. I'm hoping to finish up the rest of those covers for you guys this weekend hopefully; I've just been pressed on homework the past two days and tonight I was super busy, so sorry about that.
blah, I need some sleep.
