1; You are allowed to make an edit of whatever and whoever you want. An example being a Stiles and Lydia Martin edit, or you can simply do one for Bellamy Blake from The 100. Whatever show you want to edit for works, so feel free! (Even though I might have a soft side for edits of characters that I know about, just fyi)
2; You can use styles I've taught you in this book, even though I greatly recommend to be creative with this. Don't just use one style I've taught you; try combining them to see what you get. Editing is all about experimentation!
3; DON'T COPY OTHERS! This is a big no! If I find out that you copied or plagiarized an edit, you will be disqualified (and probably yelled at by me)
4; I recommend to use color pallets so your edit is eye pleasing; not just a scramble of random colors. I have to admit, I like pastel colors, but I also love darker edits because it's just like my soul (totally just kidding)
5; You are allowed to make at maximum 2 edits. Yes, this does include a series of 2 edits if you'd like, or they can be two completely different things. Only one of them will win, but you get a better chance.
Formatting
1; Post your edit(s) on here. I will not accept edits that are sent to me through DM or another way, only as long as their posted on Wattpad in a chapter. (the new add image feature works great now for this) Don't be shy to post them though either! I want everyone to be able to see your masterpieces!
2; Post your edit with the hashtag #voidallisoncontest. I will not accept entries that don't have this hashtag, so make sure you put it there! You can also tag me/dedicate it to me in advance if you'd like.
3; For some bonus points, if you use symbolism and explain it well in the chapter with your edits, I'll bump your score up a little. I love love love some symbolism (:

Your deadline is March 19th, which gives you around a week and five days to get your edit done, plenty of time. If no one submits by then, I'll either postpone the contest or extend the date, but it just depends on who participates!

I encourage you all to submit an edit; don't be afraid that it's bad, we all start somewhere. I'd love to comment on your guys' edits and give you some tips as well! I've been showing you guys how to do this stuff for so long and I want to see if you're actually learning anything, haha! Plus, you can always teach the teacher a few lessons (:
