Superimpose
i. Open a white background and the image you'd like to use as the foreground. Erase all unwanted areas of the person's face using the mask brush (make sure to save as PNG as well, you'll need it). Merge and then go read chapter 75 on how to recolor the person. Save.
ii. Open the colored image of your choice as the background and upload the PNG of the person you saved a moment ago. Go to the filter tab, turn the contrast all of the way down, and then turn the colors up all the way to make it white. Next, adjust the opacity as desired and then place and merge. Open the recolored image you just made as the foreground and use the magic brush to erase all of the white around it. Place over the shadow image you just made and merge again.
iii. Open one of the add on's as the foreground or another image of your choice and place over a certain area on the person. Use the brushes under the mask tab to draw on a spot that you want and then merge when done. Repeat as desired.
iv. Keep doing this until you're done. For the bottom parts of my example, just upload them as the foreground and put them on screen or multiply. For the blood PNG I attached, just turn the contrast down and then adjust it to the color you want (I used white obviously) and then use the soft brush to erase some of it as desired. Save and add title!

this cover was inspired by an edit on instagram, so I take no credit for this creativity.
okay, so I've narrowed a few of your guys' ideas for another book down. these are just ideas, not guaranteeing that I'll be making another book at all, so just keep that in mind. I liked the idea of making a book on how to make just instagram/tumblr edits, how to (fail) at photoshop by me, and then a graphics book. I might try and think of a few more ideas, but here's what I've got to work with so far. What do you guys think?
question; Twitter or Facebook? Why?
