I tried calling August's room but no one picked up. I'm so screwed. He doesn't want to talk to me. What am I'm going to do? I don't want to be here by myself knowing Kenya's crazy ass is plainning on doing something, probably jumping me. Really I'm not worried about Kenya. I could care less, it's just what happened between me and August really got me messed up. I feel abandoned by him because he goes through all this work to help me and now I really need him he ain't here but I can't be mad. Its all my fault...

I made sure all my Windows and door was locked. I ran hot bath water to soke and soothe my issues. I went in my room and took off my clothes putting my hair up getting ready to get in the tub then I was startled by loud knocks on my door.

I didn't panic, I just simply put a robe on and grabbed a case knife from the kitchen as I slowly approached the door.

I yank the door open quickly with no warning, raising my knife, then the shout of a man rang about in my ears and I realized it was August.

"I'm so sorry. I thought you was Kenya. Are you ok?" I said with guilt checking and making sure I didn't stab him.

"I'm fine now, it's just that took me by surprise but I'm not hurt." He assured me.

"Why are you here?" I asked but I really didn't care why, I was just glad he was here.

"I came to make sure you was ok. May I come in?"

"Yes, the living room is right there. Make yourself at home. Do you want anything like to eat or drink?" I offered.

"Nah. I need to talk to you. Is it cool if I crash here tonight?"

His question took me by surprise and I'm not sure if I should but he is serious about whatever he got to tell me.

"Yeah of course." that came out with no waring but I went with it.

"Thank you so much Alicia."

"No problem but if you don't mind me asking why do you need to stay here."

"See that's what I need to talk to you about." I sat down on the couch in front of him. "Kenya came by My place when I was gone with you and she told my body guard to tell me that this ain't over and she's gonna get my girlfriend, which she was talking bout you. So I came over here to make sure you was alright."

"I know she after me because she left messages on my answering machine, threatening me and talking shit but really I'm not scared. So you really didn't have nothing to worry about but I'm still glad you came."

"Well what was you about to do?" He asked smiling.

"I was about to take a bath as you can see I have my robe on." I said sarcastically.

"Well excuse me I didnt mean to interrupt." he was waving his hands and memicing me.

We both laughed but then it died down.

"Well Ima hop in the tub. You can watch tv and get you something to eat. Here's the remote and the kitchen is right there." I said giving him directions.

"I really appreciate it Alicia." he looked into my eyes but I broke the gaze, walking to the bathroom.

"No problem. Really I'm the one that need to say thank you." I shut the door behind me getting into the tub thinking bout August the whole time I was alone.

I got out the tub and wrapped a towel around my damp body. I realized I forgot to get my night gown in the living room. How ironic.

I peeped my head out the door to see where August was at. I didn't see him so I walked out into the hallway. I thought he was in one of the bedrooms so I walked into the living room looking for my gown.

Once I found it and turned around heading back to my room I saw August standing behind me just staring at me. I didn't know if I should be happy or uncomfortable but I felt a little bit of both.

"Excuse me August. I didn't mean for you to see me like this but I left my gown."

He didn't say nothing he just stared at me so to avoid the discomfort I just walked past him towards my bedroom.

Lord please don't let this be a long night?
