43: Loyalty

Alicia Pov

After I was released from the hospital, I went straight home. Besides the fact that I looked tow up, I still had some questions that needed to be answered.

When I stepped in the house every thing was exactly the way I left it, except for one thing...and that was Kasia's stuff in the guest bedroom. I know I was in a coma for a few weeks but I would have never expected this to happen. August never said once that Kasia had moved in. All this just makes me wanna know about what all have been going on since I was gone.

"August! We need to talk!" I yelled out. I sat in the living room waiting for him to come down stairs.

"Yeah baby, what you need?" he ploped beside me, putting my feet in his lap.

"I need you to tell me everything that went on while I was gone."

"Babe, you just got back. Don't you wanna rest first?"

I looked at him like he was a damn fool and he sighed because he knew I wasn't gonna change my mind.

"Alright...At first we had been robbed by Trey, which I had got our stuff back and handled him too. Then Kaisa started to confess her role she played in that mess."

I had cut August off because I didn't even know that Kasia had anything to do with Trey's claim. See I remember some of it but my memory of that night is very faded.

"What do you mean she had something to do with it?"

"Alicia Kasia admitted to me that when she used your phone she was the one who planted those false messages, trying to make it look like you were cheating with Trey."

"Stop lying. She would never do that to me. I know her." I shook my head in disbelief. Why would she want to frame me?

"Alicia I would never lie like that. I'm serious about this." he lifted my chin up until our eyes met.

"Why would she do something like this August?" I asked searching his face for an answer.

He looked as if he had more to tell me and I'm very willing to find out what it is.

"I know there's more. What is it?" I motioned for him to continue.

"Alicia I shouldn't be the one to tell you because it will affect y'all friendship."

"Just tell me August. I already feel stupid because of what she did to me."

"Alicia Kasia been making passes at me." he said it so fast that I had to replay it in my head.

"What did you just say?" I asked because I wanna make sure I heard him right.

"She's been trying to get with me the whole time you were gone. That's why she put those messages there, she wanted me."

"And yo dumbass just gone move her up in here, knowing what she wanted!"

"It won't even like that Alicia."

"Then what was it like then?! Please explain!"

"She didn't have no place to stay! I couldn't have just left her on the street! I was the only one she had."

"What even happen to her damn house!" I raging because once again a fake friend of mine tries my patients.

"She said something about it being foreclosed. Trey had emptied her bank account and left her with nothing."

"Speaking of Trey's punk ass, I have a feeling that he is behind this dealing with Kasia but after what I just heard I don't even think I care any more."

"Alicia I'm sorry to bare you bad news but Kasia is an addict. I know for a fact. Honestly I believes she's lying on Trey to cover up her addiction."

"How do you know?" I asked raising an eyebrow.

"See baby I've been back on the streets-" I cut him off.

"What! Now why would you do that!?"

"I had to provide and pay for your hospital bills, repair damage done to the house, not to mention I have bills here to pay too."

"Whatever."

"Just let me finish, see my homie who was one of the drug Lord's, sold to her many times. She was a regular customer. Hell she even traded her body for drugs, that's why I know she's the one doing it to herself."

I was scared at the thought of Kasia going to a drug pin by herself.

"Also for your little friend Ra'Niq, she's been blowing up phone for the past three days. I never answered but it's really annoying. And Mr. Chris Brown is back in the city and is taunting me on twitter."

"What is he even saying?"

"He's talking about how He got a new girl who I know very well. He saying that he got more money than me and that I'll pay for that fight we got into. He suppose to have goons coming out to get me but I don't believe that I lil bitch."

"Did he say anything about me?" I asked petrified. I use to have nightmares about Chris coming and getting me. I honestly thinks he haves it out for me and won't stop til he has me.

"No. I'm surprised too."

I was done with all this for right now. I needed time to think everything through.

"Ima go take a shower, I'll be back soon." I said to August as I left him there.

Trey Pov

This shit is ridiculous. Kasia going around telling people I emptied her bank account and left her with no money or house. Let me be the first to say that, that bullshit is beyond far from the truth.

She did all that shit to herself. She was selling her stuff for money to by drugs. When I first met her she wasn't on that shit but after a while she started acting so fucking weird and I would think that it was probably that time of the month but lets be real, you don't have your period 5 to 10 times every two weeks. One day I walked in on her sniffing crack and even though I ain't one to judge, I didn't want to be around that because I do be having my niece come over and that's a huge risk I'm not trying to take. I told her she had to get rid of that shit or go. That's why we broke up. Then she came to me late 41st night with some plan for me to steal Alicia from August. Originally I was pose to pay her and she would love happly ever after with August and I would do the same with Alicia. Faking them messages was all her idea. I know I'm still wrong for rolling with it but she's really beyond nasty.

Her bum ass gonna sit there and rob August house and frame me so August and I could fight. I tried to explain everything to Aug then but he didnt listen. I may be a lot of things but a theif ain't one of em. Really I think Aug pulled a dumb move by moving her in with him because all she's gonna do is make their life a living hell.......
