I didn't know where I was walking too. It didn't matter. Eventually I'd make it home. I turn down one street and up another, not caring. I'm lucky though my body has enough sense to keep tilting that bottle back, letting the liquor burn my throat so that the walk feels insignificant.

By the time I've decided to check my surrounds, I've walked somewhere close to the center of town as I recognize a few of the buildings. The bottle's empty. No one's awake. No lights are on other then the occasional closed sign out the front of a shop. It's as if the town's dead. So quiet are the streets that it's making me uncomfortable. The tequila is making my head spin. My body wants to rest even if only for a few minutes. Finding a bench I sit down, only needing to close my eyes for a little bit, to stop the spinning. The cool night air a comfort as it brushes past.

"Lilly, wake up." Someone's shoving me, my eyes slowly open, trying to focus on who's disturbed my slumber.

"Go away." I moan as my head thumps like a beating drum.

"You have to come with me Lilly." I hear. "Get up. Now!"

"Levi?" I focus, watching as Levi tries to pull my aching body up, his car only a few short steps away. There's another sound in the distance that seems to be getting closer.

"Jeez Lilly, I am going to pick you up and put you into my car." He sounds as if in a hurry.

"Leave me alone." I groan a little louder trying to smack his arms away. "I want to go to sleep, just a few more minutes." I plead. The sound's heading for us, louder now, a roar of pure power that has me suddenly sitting up and taking notice. I study the surroundings there's nothing but a few old businesses, a broken street lamp and a trash can.

"Lilly," he sounds annoyed. "Now is not the time to sleep."

I look at Levi. "Where am I?"

He doesn't talk, instead helping me to his car. Vague memories of Paige and Cayn come flooding back. I lean down staring at the gap between his car and the gutter all the contents of my stomach expelling between them. It seems to be just the tequila that is coming up, which I am thankful for, as it doesn't hurt as much.

"Get in. I need to get you away from here." An unimpressed Levi opens the passenger door for me. I climb in, trying to miss the mess I just made. He slides in next to me, reaching behind him. There is one used, old gym towel that has now found its way into my lap.

"Clean yourself up and if you need to be sick again tell me so I can pull over." I nod, trying not to smell the towel as I wipe my face. Out of the corner of my eye I notice the way he's looking in the review mirror, as if he's expecting someone to be follow us, I turn, looking behind us but no one's there.

"Drink this." Levi orders, shoving a bottle of water at me. I wasn't so sure it would be wise to put anything back into my stomach so I shake my head.

"Just do it." He snaps and this time I twist the lid off and take a cautious sip.

"You're so bossy." I tell him.

"Maybe but I'm trying to save you. What were you thinking?"

"Umm you've got no idea Levi. None. I would have made it home sooner or later. I just forgot to take my phone with me when I left."

"I think it's you who's got no idea."

I shoot him one very ungracious look. "Well not everyone can be as smart as you. Just take me home and let's go back to you not caring hey."
