Padabog akong bumaba sa elevator mag-isa. Leaving Trite had become a very difficult thing to do. Hindi kami mahiwalay sa huling oras namin together. Mahigpit lang ang yakap nya sa'kin at halik sya ng halik sa kahit anong part ng mukha ko.

I finally agreed for Trite to meet my Dad, my family, to formally court me and because of this hindi ko na sya masasamahan mag-check out sa lobby ng hotel just like I promised. Mahirap nang may makakita sa'min. I didn't want his reputation with Dad tarnished before Dad could have the opportunity to know him.

I was still in the lobby of the hotel palabas when he called. Naku he called! "Trite..."

"Don't be mad. I just miss you already and I just want to hear your voice. Talk to your Dad about me okay? I hope I could meet him on Saturday."

"Yes. I'll try."

"I love you Abby."

"Sh1t I love you too Trite. If you don't end this now aakyat ulit ako dyan."

"You have to end the call baby. I won't be able to do that."

I ended the call bago pa madurog ang puso ko. Hearing his voice turns me into an absolute mush. He melts my heart but completes it at the same time. Cheesy but how can I describe my love with him?

I was early for the meeting with Sachino. Sina Daddy sent a message na papunta pa lang sila sa venue. I decided to wait na sa cupcake and coffee shop na napag-usapang meeting place.

I was biting my lip from the high that is Trite's love when someone approached me. I looked up to see who it was.

"Hi Gayle."

The handsomest guy ever was smiling at me. He knows my name? Is this Sachino?! How could I not know him! Eh ganito pala sya kagwapo?

"You are?" I somehow managed to say.

He held his hand out. "Sachino. People call me Sach."

"Ikaw pala." T*ngina di 'ko napigilan ang kilig sa ngiti ko. Lagot ka kay Trite Abbygayle!

Okay. Let's get this clear. I love Trite but forgive a girl who was shocked by pure male beauty. Weaknesses, you know, weaknesses.

"Yup. Nakakahiya how this meeting happened at kasama pa family natin," tawa nya. His eyes squinted and he looked down. "It must've been weird for you when you were asked by your Dad about this?"

Shet, he's cute! Ano ba 'to?! Is he real? Para syang male Ken brought to life. How is he not a celebrity? Maybe he is, I just don't watch TV.

"Where's Tito and Tita?" he continued dahil hindi ako nagsasalita.

"Late. They're not usually late," I said.

"I take it this is a good sign? You're early, you're eager to meet me?" he guessed or stated.

Hmmmn fresh. I'm seeing the slight, subtle overconfidence. "I was in the area kasi," I said. "Ikaw, where's your family?"

"They'll drop by," he smiled.

"How do you know me?" tanong ko.

"Ano ka ba, you don't remember? We used to play sungka as kids," he said.

Lumaki ang mga mata ko. "No!" gulat kong reaksyon sa sinabi nya. It cannot be! "You're Ino?"

"Yep," he said.

"No way!" No way! Hindi sya si Ino!

"This is me," natatawa nyang sabi.
